Chapter 31 Dark Repulser

After Zen defeated the Crystal Dragon, Lisbeth immediately ran towards him.

"I can help you, you know." Lisbeth said

"I know, but that dragon has a unique attack tactic, which is to catch you off guard and trap you by forcing you to fall into its lair." Zen words

"Trap me?" asked Lisbeth who was still confused by Zen's words.

"Do you see the hole over there?" said Zen while pointing at a hole that was very large in diameter.

"Mm-Mm" Lisbeth mumbled, nodding.

"The hole is the nest. The dragon will lure me in then it will issue a very large wind skill so you are dragged there and fall. Some tall players like me might still survive, but not like players like you, who automatically die if you fall there" said Zen continued.

Hearing this, Lisbeth broke out in a cold sweat, she imagined that she would come to this place alone without knowing the information Zen said earlier.

"T-Thank you" Lisbeth said then.

"No problem, let's get the materials we need." Zen said then headed towards the big hole where the dragon was nesting.

"Wait, you mean the ingredients we need are in that hole" Lisbeth said to Zen

"Didn't I tell you before? That's why I told you to bring a long rope" said Zen later.

Then Lisbeth began to remember that Zen told her the material she was looking for was located in a dragon's lair which was very deep.

Then Lisbeth took the rope out of her storage and handed it to Zen who was already at the edge of the hole. After taking the rope, Zen then tied it to a crystal not far from the hole and started throwing the remaining rope into the dragon's lair.

"Let me come down and get the ingredients" Lisbeth said to Zen who was about to go down into the hole.

Lisbeth wants her to be able to help Zen, because Lisbeth hasn't done anything while following Zen.

"I told you, let me take it. You just have to wait for me and watch this rope" said Zen

"Mm-Mm" Lisbeth mumbled, shaking her head.

"I want to contribute to this quest" Lisbeth said next.

"Okay, but do you know the ingredients in question?" ask Zen again

"A material that grows under this nest right?" Lisbeth said

"No, but that dragon dung" Kaya Zen replied back to Lisbeth.

"d-dragon poo?" Lisbeth asked with disgust

"Yes, dragons are known to eat crystals, so their droppings create a material called Crystallite Ingot. The material we need to make my sword." Zen answered.

"Do you still want to come down?" Zen asked then after seeing the slightly reluctant look on Lisbeth's face.

Despite her disgust, Lisbeth had already decided that she was going to go down and get the ingredients.

"I'm going down," he said next.

"Okay, then I'll go down first and then you follow me." Zen said and Lisbeth nodded in return.

Then Zen began to descend the hole by holding the rope that had stuck into the hole. A meter above Zen, Lisbeth also started descending the place. After only a few meters of their descent, Lisbeth realized something.

Lisbeth realized that she was wearing a skirt, even though Zen's warm robe covered it, but if it was from below, the inside of the skirt would be visible. Remembering this all negative thoughts popped into Lisbeth's head.

Meanwhile Zen actually didn't realize that Lisbeth was wearing a skirt, because she was focused on going down the hole, unlike what Lisbeth thought.

With her thoughts distracted, Lisbeth began to lose focus on taking her steps down this hole, so that she stepped on the slippery surface and caused her to slip. As Lisbeth slipped, her grip on the rope she was holding slipped and caused her to fall instantly.

"Ahhhhhhh" she screamed.

Hearing Lisbeth's scream Zen immediately looked up and saw Lisbeth started to fall, seeing this Zen immediately released his grip on the rope he was holding and caught Lisbeth and they both started to fall. Zen then grabbed Lisbeth's body and hugged her to avoid the impact she was about to receive.

*PLUK* the sound of the two of them falling after they touched the bottom of this hole.

Lisbeth started to open her eyes after she reached the bottom of this hole and was still in Zen's arms.

"We're safe" Zen said as he lay there.

Lisbeth then let go of her arms and started to sit there feeling guilty towards Zen.

"I-I'm sorry Zen" said Lisbeth who was still looking down.

"It's okay, it was just an accident" said Zen who started to get up and took out his HP potion and gave it to Lisbeth after using it on himself first.

"I guess after the Dragon, this scene won't be repeated" Zen said in his mind.

"T-thank you" Lisbeth said next. But Zen returned a smile while patting Lisbeth's head.

"Then let's find my sword material" Zen said then he started digging the snow in the area.

Seeing this, Lisbeth who felt guilty immediately drank the HP Potion and started helping Zen find the ingredients.

It was quiet for a while, but Zen started to exchange chats with Lisbeth as they searched for the material. The two of them finally started small talk until Zen found something.

"Finally I found it" Zen said while holding a crystal shaped lump in his hand.

Then Lisbeth started examining the material.

"This is good material, Zen" Lisbeth said to Zen who only smiled back at her sweetly.

"Alright let's go back, this time I hope you're careful" said Zen

"Okay" said Lisbeth who was blushing red from remembering the previous incident. Lisbeth actually thought they would teleport straight home, but this hole was an anti-teleport crystal region.

Before she climbed the hole, Lisbeth warned Zen of something

"You can't look up" Lisbeth said to Zen

"Hah?" Zen said confused

"I repeat, you better not look up" Lisbeth repeated

"O-Okay" said Zen even though he didn't understand Lisbeth's meaning. Lisbeth who heard this just smiled and started climbing the hole assisted by a rope that rose upwards. Soon Zen followed Lisbeth's footsteps while following her previous words.

The two of them were currently in a weapon-making workshop by Lisbeth. The two of them managed to climb out of the hole and get here safely. Their relationship is also closer because Lisbeth has started to open up to Zen.

The sound of metal clashing was heard from this place, Lisbeth put all her might into making this weapon. Then a blue weapon called the Dark Repulser was formed which she succeeded in making.
