Why were there Lord tier monsters in the suburbs?
Everyone was frozen stiff. The driver could no longer hold the steering wheel firmly.
The familiars in the back of the truck shivered and hid in the corner of the container as if it would bring them a sense of security.
The familiars were more sensitive and perceptive than the monster trainers. With two Lord tier familiars so close to them, the deadly and threatening feeling almost made the familiars collapse.
It was a good thing the ground of the suburbs was flat; even if the driver failed to hold the steering wheel firmly, they weren't likely to crash.
As the truck drove further away, the pressure that had laid heavy over the vehicle gradually disappeared. A solemn silence fell inside the truck after the driver regained control of himself.
Everyone kept quiet.
They suddenly felt that their earlier conversation was meaningless.
