I raised the cup to drink my coffee but stopped when I saw a figure looking at me. I turned in the direction of the door and saw her standing there in shock.

"Alexander Hampton don't you dare lie to me. I know what I just saw and heard, you were talking to someone. Tell me Alex tell me what's going on and please don't lie to me."

"Mira listen, it's nothing. I was talking to no one." Alex said avoiding eye contact with Mira.

"Please Alex don't hide anything from me. Tell me everything that's going on." Mira pleaded.

"Yes tell her, maybe she can help in searching for my mom," Nana said to Alex.

"Fine then I'll tell you." Alex let out a deep breath and said, "It all started when I went to that house. I found a little girl who wants to meet her mom before she can regain salvation. Long story short, I haven't found her mom."

"Oh! Was that why you were always acting strange?"

"Yes... I didn't want people to start thinking I had mental issues and I have to take her everywhere."

"What!!!" And you are just telling me this now? So what do you intend to do now that you have no information on where her mom is?

"I don't have any information or clue and am still working on it," Alex said to her.

"Am with you Alex, and I'll support you all the way. Hmm... I have a question?" Mira said.

"What is it?" Alex asked.

"Hmm... Is she around here? I mean is the ghost around?"

"Her name is Nana and yes, she's around so close to you."

"Yes... Yes... Am around and close to you." Nana said smiling. Hey! Grumpy, is she going to help me find my mom or do you just wanna keep staring at her face?

"Stop being too loud. She will help in search of looking for your Mom."

"Hmm... Do you know what her mom's name is?" Mira asked.

"What's your mom's name?" I asked Nana.

"Amber." She simply said.

"Her mom's name is......" Alex couldn't complete his statement as he was cut off.

"Can't I just call you?" China said from the other end. Well, I just called you because we need to meet today. I mean right now.

"What's wrong? Why do you suddenly want to see me?"

"You'll find out only if we see. I can't start telling you this over the phone son please let's meet at the colonnade hotel it is very important."

"No... She didn't mention Sam's name. I think she wants to tell me something about Sam."

"Oh! Ok." Knowing that Sam isn't going to be there still isn't enough to clear my doubt. I still don't feel good about her going, maybe it's because it's not certain that Sam won't be there.

"Have been calling your name for some time now but you weren't answering me. What's wrong? What is it that's making you worry, is it her mom? Don't worry we will find her ok."

"Bye," Alex said rubbing his hair.

"I see you love her so much," Nana said making Alex come to reality.

"I want to but I don't want her to feel like am being overly protective of her or that I don't want her to live her life."

"Just calling? What if she's busy and doesn't get the chance to pick up your call? Then what is your Plan B?"

"OK, but I do t know what you ate still waiting to go. I still don't feel like she should have gone over there. Please just go I know that you also want to go 'cause you don't feel comfortable with her going there."

"Call her once again and ask where she is and I'll call my men to release your mom."
