Chapter 24 - Date, Part 1

"Mom, Are you sure this is fine..?" Midoriya said as he was looking at his reflection on the mirror, He was wearing a black polo shirt, blue shorts and red shoes, as a short middle aged woman with green hair came and stood beside Midoriya as she said.

"Izuku, You look fine and why are you making a fuss about this? Your just hanging out with a friend, right?" Midoriya's mom asked as she looked her son.

"R- Right-! I just- don't want to- to make a bad impression, y'know.." Midoriya said as he looked away, not ready to tell his mom that he was meeting with his boyfriend and not his friend.

"You're meeting with Higurashi-kun, right? He's such a sweet and kind boy, Y'know, he helped me with my shopping a few days ago when we bumped into each other, oh my, who ever Higurashi-kun picks as his lover will be a lucky girl" Midoriya's mom said, as she sees her son smiling while holding the rose he came home with that was in his hair.

"Izuku, I've been meaning to ask, Who gave that rose to you? You came home with it in your hair yesterday" She asked as Midoriya tensed up and hid the rose behind his back as he laughed nervously.

"Uh.. no one mom, I just got it after helping someone as a thank you gift, that's all.. hahaha.." Midoriya didn't like lying to his mom but he had to since he wasn't sure if Sora wanted to tell anyone yet.

"I see, That's good" She smiled, happy her son is becoming a great hero little by little.

As Midoriya and his mom continued talking about little things, They heard knocking from the door, Midoriya's mom went to the door and opened it.

"Hello, Mrs. Midoriya, How are you? And I brought a little something for you" Sora said as he smiled as he handed a box of chocolate from a fancy bakery in the city.

"Oh my! Thank you, Higurashi-kun, I've been well and you know you can call me Inko, Also how did you buy this, isn't it expensive?" Inko asked as she took the box while looking at it then at Sora.

"I'm a bit rich so I can spoil myself and others around me every now and again" Sora said, not really a lie but not the whole truth, Sora or 'Soar' became popular within a few days and became the rising star in the music industry the moment he released his first 3 songs. 'Change' 'HIGH HOPES' and 'Something Just Like This' each very different songs yet they were able to touch people's hearts.

"Oh dear, you didn't have to, I would have been happy with anything you gave me, Your a kind boy who makes my son smile, Thank you Higurashi-kun" Inko smiled as Sora bent down a bit so Inko could Pat his head as Midoriya watched as he walked up to them to see Sora wearing a white long sleeved polo that had it's sleeves rolled up with black pants and shoes, with a fancy silver watch and a single black earing on his right ear.

"Is Izuku-kun here, Inko-san?" Sora asked as he stood up and looked at Midoriya then winked at him.

"Yes, He's here, Let me go call him" Inko said as he walked away towards her son as she puts the box of chocolates at the table.

"Izuku, Higurashi-kun is here for you, now you go have fun and call me if anything happens, okay?"

"Yes mom, I know and I'll be fine, I'm with Sora-kun after all" Midoriya said as Inko smiled and kissed her son's cheek as She waved them goodbye as they walked off, closing the door behind them.

Sora and Midoriya were walking towards town as soon as Sora knew they were far enough away from Midoriya's house, Sora held Midoriya's hand, intertwining their fingers together, Midoriya blushes as they held hands, Midoriya slowly coming closer to Sora as Sora smiles.

"Where do you want to go for our date, babe?" Sora asked.

"I don't know, You can decide, Sora-kun" Midoriya answered honestly as he slowly processed the question he asked as they stopped walking as Midoriya blushed and looked at Sora who was smiling.

"I- H- Huh-?! Wh- What did you just ask?!"

"I asked 'Where do you want to go for our date, babe?' Did you just realize?" Sora said as Midoriya blushed more.

"If you want I can continue calling you 'Izuku' instead" Sora said as Midoriya looked at him and quickly said.

"No! I- I don't mind the name, babe!" Midoriya said as he just realized what he said and hid his face with his free hand.

"I won't call you 'babe' infront of others, well.. just until we're ready to tell everyone" Sora said as he took Midoriya's hand away from his face and kissed his forehead.

"Um.. okay.. then let's go.. babe..?" Midoriya said as he kissed Sora's cheek, as Sora nodded and they started walking towards the city.

After they arrived at the city, they started looking around, doing all sorts of things for hours, not really caring what they do as long as they had fun, After a while they decided to go to the Cinema, Sora wanted to watch a horror movie since they were his favorite, Midoriya was scared and didn't want to watch but he forced himself to watch, Sora asked him if he was sure he wanted to watch it and Midoriya said that he did.

Sora and Midoriya were now watching the movie with popcorn and drinks, The scene was a calming one, Midoriya and Sora were holding hands as Midoriya was trying to calm down, trying to enjoy the movie while Sora was watching calmly as the movie suddenly became silent for a few seconds then a jumpscare happened as some were scared while Midoriya was terrified that he ended up grabbing onto Sora's arm, looking away as Sora looked at Midoriya, Sora sighed as made Midoriya look at him.

"Babe, You scared, How about we go to the park, it'll help you calm down" Sora said as he kissed his cheek, Midoriya was reluctant but nodded, He and Sora stood up and left the Cinema.

Sora and Midoriya went to the park, Sora sat down on the bench as Sora pulled Midoriya to his lap, Midoriya hugged Sora and hid his face in Sora's neck.

"Let me guess, You forced yourself to watch even tho you didn't want to?" Sora asked as Midoriya gave a weak 'Mhm..'

"Babe, You didn't have to, We could have just watched whatever you wanted, It's not much of a date if only one of us is having fun" Sora said as Midoriya let's go of him and looked at Sora with a smile as Sora gave him a peck on the cheek then continued down to his neck as Midoriya giggled.

"Pfft- Stop- That tickles, babe!" Midoriya smiled as he pressed his lips against Sora's, kissing him.

Sora returned the gesture as he got up, picking Midoriya up in the process. "Babe! Put me down! I can walk by myself!"

Sora didn't listen and decided to carry his boyfriend somewhere else, not letting him go no matter how much he tried to get out of Sora's grip.
