17: Human Cavalry Battle! (II)

Finished some of my school work so here's a chapter...

"THERE ARE THREE MINUTES LEFT, AND IT SEEMS LIKE TAKUMI'S TEAM WAITING OUT MID-AIR IS WORKING REALLY WELL!!!" shouted Present Mic.

"OH? TEAM TODOROKI IS BEING AGGRESIVE?

THEY JUST FROZE 2 TEAMS!!!"

...

"They're making a move... Let's float higher..." decided Takumi.

"Let's go! We're going *Fwoosh*!" exclaimed Manga while pointing upwards.

As they were going even higher, higher than the opening of the stadium, Todoroki summoned two enormous glaciers, trapping 3 teams.

The tip of the glacier reached Team Takumi's previous location.

...

[On the Ground]

"Tch. It didn't hit them..." said Todoroki, slightly shivering, and his whole right side frozen.

He then pressed his left hand on his right arm to warm his body.

"We need to get their headbands now, Todoroki-san." reminded Momo.

"Let's go, Iida."

"Understood!" Iida exclaimed.

They sped through, grabbing the trapped teams' headbands, but one was still defending theirs.

It was a human tank, firing lasers and attacking using a long tongue.

"We're really sorry for this, Shoji-san, Aoyama-san, and Asui-san!!!" shouted Iida as he sped towards them.

"Fuck face!!!" shouted Bakugo as he took all of Monoma's headbands.

"OOHHHH!!! THERE'S NO MERCY FROM BAKUGO KATSUKI!!!" shouted Present Mic.

"Next! Let's get that half-and-half bastard and flying nerd's points!" exclaimed Bakugo while hitting Kirishima's hardened head.

"TWENTY SECONDS REMAINING!!!"

Hm... It looks like the confrontation between Midoriya and Todoroki still happened, albeit earlier this time...

...

I am starting to get tired...

I can still fight for an hour max until I am exhausted, but my movements will probably be a bit sluggish.

Using my quirk on many people at once tires me quickly... And I've been maintaining this non-stop for 15 minutes straight...

"15 SECONDS LEFT AND IT LOOKS LIKE BAKUGO IS COMING FOR TEAM TAKUMI!!!" shouted Present Mic.

"Hatsume-san... Shield. And Manga, get ready to counterattack." I said to both of them, and they both nod.

"GIVE ME YOUR POINTS, NERD!!!" shouted Bakugo as he exploded his way up to our team.

Mei quickly took the circular device strapped on her waist and activated it.

As Bakugo summons an explosion towards us, the device expands and absorbs all of the damage.

"Swoosh!" Manga countered.

A small word manifested followed by a strong gust of wind that knocked Bakugo away from us.

"You fucking Weird Eyes and Weird Head!!!" shouted Bakugo while preparing to blast towards us again.

But he stops because of Present Mic.

"TIME'S UPPOOO!!!"

I then hold both of my teammates and say, "Glide", then activate it on myself too.

My team glides down to the arena.

"YOU ALL DID WELL! BUT WAS IT ENOUGH?! NOW, LET'S LOOK AT OUR TOP FOUR TEAMS!"

Once we were at a safe distance from the ground, I snap my fingers and we all drop down.

"Phew! My heart went *Tudum* there! Well, it was nice teaming up with you, Akira!" said my short cousin.

"Yes. It was fun." I respond with a smile.

"Thanks for letting me showcase my babies, Mr. First Place! I wish I got to display them more though... Well, I'm just going to use someone later... Bye!" exclaimed Mei.

"Thank you for your help."

...

"HERE ARE OUR TOP FOUR TEAMS! IN FIRST PLACE, TEAM TAKUMI!!! IN SECOND PLACE, TEAM TODOROKI! IN THIRD, TEAM BAKUGO!! AND IN FOURTH, IT'S TEAM MIDO- OH? IT'S TEAM SHINSO!!!"

Looks like Midoriya is not on the Top Four Team... But there's still a chance he can fight on the next round...

"THE NEXT ROUND WILL BEGIN AFTER THE LUNCH BREAK!!!"

{General POV}

"It sucks to lose, but congratulations, Mina-san, kero." said Tsuyu.

The mentioned girl replies, "Well, I was only added to counter Todoroki's Ice but, still, thank you..."

"Iida! That speed was very sneaky!" exclaimed Uraraka.

...

"Congratulations, Momo-san, Iida-san, and Kaminari-san..." Akira says.

"Congratulations to you too, Akira-san" she replies.

"Thank you, Takumi-kun! Congratulations too!" replied Iida.

"Weeeyyy." responded Kaminari while giving everybody thumbs up.

...

"Hm? Hey, where's Deku?" asked Uraraka.

"I don't know... Todoroki and Bakugo are missing too..." replied someone.

...

"Hey~ Psst. Sero!" called out Kaminari in a hushed tone.

The boy replied, "Hm? What?"

"I'm going to trick the girls into wearing cheer dance uniforms. I need someone else for this to work."

"Eh? No. I'm not going to do that, bro. Come on... But what would we even say to them?..." asked Sero.

"I don't know... Let's just tell them that Takumi and Aizawa-sensei told them to..."

What they didn't know was that someone overheard them...

"Eh? Did they really tell that?" questioned Toru and everyone else was also confused.

"Well yeah, but you're free to not believe us... But remember, this message is directly from Aizawa-sensei. Takumi-san said so!" said Kaminari, and Sero nods nervously.

"So you heard that from me, eh?..." said a voice behind the two boys.

As the voice sounded familiar, the two turned around, sweat forming from their face.

"T-Takumi-...san?... Please have mercy!!!" shouted the both of them, kowtowing to Akira.

He watched them with an amused face, while the girls were still confused.

"You guys are lucky that you're both moving on to the next round..." said Akira and the perverts sighed in relief.

"That doesn't mean that I won't do something once this event is finished though..." added Akira with an innocent smile.

...

"So they were going to trick us into wearing a skimpy cheerleading uniform??!" shouted Momo.

"B-bastards!" said Jiro, while hugging her body.

"Anyways, see you guys at the stadium..." said Akira.

...

"BEFORE WE GET STARTED, THERE'S GOOD NEWS TO THOSE WHO FAILED TO GET INTO THE FINALS!!! IN THE END, THIS IS STILL A SPORTS FESTIVAL, SO WE'VE GOT SOME RECREATIONAL EVENTS IN STORE!!!" informed Present Mic.

"ALL RIGHT, LET'S START THE RECREATIONAL EVENTS! AFTER THAT, IT'S THE FINAL ROUND!!!"
