Muscular grinned as he snatched the body of an unsuspecting citizen and tore them apart. He threw the dead body of the victim onto the ground, his sadistic lust growing as he watched the reactions from the other bystanders.

Fear. Horror. Shock. Dread. He loved it all.

He jumped up, layers of muscles growing thicker around him. He landed on another person, crushing their body. He was having a brilliant time killing all these people. One moment, their shopping at the mall, the next minute running for their life. This is what life was all about, the thrills, the adrenaline, the rush!

Despite this, Muscular felt something was missing. He wanted a challenge.

He killed another person, creating another hail of wails and screams accompanied by the sirens. He felt his breath quicken and smile grow.

"I'm gonna slaughter you all!!!"

The screams got louder, and Muscular prepared to feast on more prey, but just before he could, he saw a bright flash of blue before it ripped into his eyes.

"Arghhhh! What the fuck!" He cursed, holding his deformed eye. It was reduced to a fleshy mess which couldn't be fixed. He was unable to see from it, all he saw was black. It was gone…

Instead of getting annoyed, Muscular grinned. He looked at his attackers with his singular eye and saw that they both stood there, slightly nervous but standing their ground. Both of them were dressed in a ridiculous blue outfit, making Muscular scoff.

'Heroes,' He thought, 'Looks like I can finally have a challenge. Let's turn that blue into red.'

He grinned maniacally, sending shivers through the audience. He looked at the heroes who flinched, but stood their ground.

"Misa! Get the next shot ready!"

"Right!"

Muscular charged, covering his body in a deeper layer of muscles and charging towards the hero couple. "SHOW ME YOUR BLOOD" He screamed.

A shot of water passed through the air, but this time Muscular was ready. He moved his arms up to protect his head, allowing the shot of water to just slightly pierce his muscles, but do no everlasting damage.

"HAHAHAHA, SHOW ME YOUR BLOOD!" He laughed at the fearful expression on the couples faces.

Just before he could get his hands on the couple, a shimmer of black passed by him, impacting him in the centre of his muscles. He was sent flying backwards, his muscled feet stopping his momentum against the concrete floor.

"Are you ok?" The question wasn't directed at him, but instead the 2 heroes.

"Yes, thank you." The male replied.

"No problem, now get out of here, I'll take care of this."

"A-Are you sure?"

The man in black chuckled, "I'm more than sure. Now go, focus on evacuating the citizens and tending the wounded."

"You're…Invincible!" Muscular spoke with excitement. The dull pain he had felt was gone, overpowered by adrenaline and happiness.

"You know me?"

Muscular grinned, "Of course I do. You're a hot topic in the underground. I've been wanting to fight you for a while now."

"Is that so?" Invincible tilted his head, "Well, I'd hate to disappoint, So come and get me."

"Glady!" He shot toward Invincible, creating a spider web of cracks on the ground as he launched himself towards the figure clad in black. He swung his fist down, feeling the pure energy reverberate across his body as he destroyed his surroundings.

Invincible jumped up, moving out the way at the last second, jumping high into the air. Invincible seems to stay in the same spot in the air, but that didn't faze Muscular one bit as he shot up towards him.

"GOT YOU!!!"

Muscular couldn't wait to turn Invincible into meat paste. He only wished he could see the fear on his face before he crushed him. He swung his fist, expecting to hear the beautiful sound of screams, but to his immediate shock, Invincible kicked the air at the last second, moving upwards and out of Muscular's range again.

His eyes widened. Now he was sitting in the air like an open duck, with no proper way to defend himself. Invincible's hand emitted sparks of electricity, and Muscular could only watch in horror as his palms slowly grew closer and closer to him.

"ARGHHHHH!!!" He wailed in pain, feeling the full shock of the electricity course through his body. Each and every muscle fibre exposed was jolted with millions of volts of electricity, causing excruciating pain to him.

He had only just realised he was falling. He tried to move, but his body was paralyzed by the shock.

*BOOM*

Muscular's body slammed into the ground, creating a deep crater in the earth. He groaned in pain, his body still paralyzed and coursing small remains of electricity.

Invincible stood above him, descending from the skies as he was about to judge his sins. He felt the eyes of death pierce into him, and for the first time in his life, Muscular felt fear.

"Now would you like this done the short way or the long way?" Invincible chuckled to himself, "Oh right, I forgot you can't speak, I guess I'll have to decide for you."

For the next few minutes, Muscular managed the ability to speak, but only incomprehensible wails and cries for help left his mouth. He prayed for the cops, for the heroes to arrive and put a stop to this, to put him out of his misery, but time seemed to still for him as he suffered, almost like he was being paid back for all he had done.

Invincible soon granted his wish, and although delirious and barely conscious, Muscular couldn't help but feel a sense of relief as he took his last breath.

Akira took a gulp of water, sighing in relief as he was hydrated again. He grabbed the towel sitting on his shoulders, wiping the sweat from his head.

It was the day after Akira had fought Muscular. He had just finished a long but arduous workout, and began scrolling through his phone whilst he gulped down some water.

-Full video of the fight caught by a nearby bystander, thankfully they didn't record it in portrait! Upvote fast so the post can spread, as apparently feds are taking this video down left, right and centre. Before the unknown man arrived, Muscular had already killed 10 people, who knows how big it would have been without his arrival. On a serious note, rest in peace to all the victims involved. What are you guys' thoughts on this? Do you agree with the Vigilantes decision to kill him? What's his quirk, I can't seem to figure it out? And doesn't he look very small in the video?

-Jesus, even for someone who grew up in central Japan and saw heroes fighting villains everyday this was hard to watch. Can't say he didn't deserve it though, Muscular is, sorry, was a huge cunt.

-To answer the op's questions in order:

1. Muscular did deserve it. He should have handed him into the police though and not take the law into his hands.

2. I'm not sure of his quirk, but judging from the video, it looks to be some form of weather manipulation. He most likely manipulated the wind to kick himself into the air, and electricity is technically a form of weather. Not sure about the enhanced speed though, maybe an advanced application of his quirk to enhance his body using electrical signals or something like that?

3.Muscular was around 6'7. Probably bigger in the video with his quirk. Looking at one of the side by side shots on the video, the man in black seems to be around 5'2, maybe 5'3? So I'm not sure there, maybe he is just really small?

-Dang! That video is crazy and is bound to cause some controversy. This video's even on the front page of reddit and has over 200k Upvotes on [r/HeroVillainGlobal]. The comments down there is like a war with more bloodshed than all of this video combined. [r/TartarusBets] punching the air rn, they are pissed that Muscular has been removed from the list. He was a very popular and safe bet considering how crazy he is and how likely to get caught.

-This is preposterous! People nowadays need to learn that they can't always just take matters into their own hands and kill someone! Leave it to the heroes or the police! We need to catch this criminal and put him away asap!

-Shut up boomer, if you used your eyes and watched the video without convulsing at the throat every second you would have seen that the Water Hose couple were 1 second away from being smashed to bits before the man arrived. How many more people would have died, including the water hose couple if not for this man? Although Japan has a reputation as having the best heroes, it certainly takes its time when it comes to stuff like this. All Might should have been there the moment Muscular revealed himself.

-I see your point, and do agree with some of the issues you raised, but you can't deny that this man saved lives today, something the heroes couldn't. They had their chance while Muscular was slaughtering innocents, but it was this man that arrived first and prevented any other deaths.

-Are you insane? If we just let people like this run around killing criminals when they want, what does this say about Japan? I cannot deny and say that this mysterious Vigilante saved lives, only an idiot would deny that, but why are we stemming away from the core issue?

THIS MAN JUST KILLED A PERSON IN BROAD DAYLIGHT WITHOUT ANY LICENCES AND IS BEING PRAISED!

No one is above the Law. They exist for a reason. He should be captured, put in therapy, and become a hero the legal way. It would be a shame for a quirk as strong as that to rot away in jail, he needs to be used for good, not slaughter!

"Hahh…" Akira shut his phone off with a sigh. He knew he was making a mistake going out in broad daylight and fighting Muscular, but his knowledge of the anime made him go and prevent the Water Hose couple deaths. They were good hero's and deserved to live. Sometimes his knowledge of the anime made him curse himself.

Sadly someone had recorded the fight, and that video had gained a large amount of traction almost everywhere on social media, despite the government trying to delete the video every time it had surfaced.

Now the video had been leaked, it was being discussed everywhere in Japan, even around the globe it was a popular topic to talk about over the morning breakfast.

He growled in frustration, kicking the bin across the side of the room. Now there was no chance he could become a hero, though he was pretty sure he knew he would never be one in his heart. Now his Vigilante work would be 10x harder, and the possibility of capture would be ever present.

The police had yet to make a statement, but the pressure from the media would eventually force them too, and when they did, he would most likely be labelled a criminal, and a spree of rewards and increased attention would make it much harder for him.

Would he stop doing Vigilante work so he can not get caught? Fuck no, he would continue the work he had been doing for years, and if he was caught in the attempt and sent into Tartarus, then so be it.

He had come so far. He wouldn't look back, regret his actions, or falter. He would remain firm in his beliefs and convictions.

He was only 13 years old, and had somehow already become one of the most talked about criminals of Japan. If he was caught, at least his name would be etched in history.

Akira sat down, taking a few deep breaths. He had come so far compared to the man he previously was, and there was no going back now. He felt trapped, imprisoned, and unable to breath with his current position, it felt like he was suffocating and the walls were slowly closing in on him.

He would just have to break himself out.
