**Chapter 19: The Dragon's Wrath**
Yaoyorozu stood firm, holding a metallic shield she had crafted and a sword in her other hand, ready to assist if necessary. Yet, despite her readiness, a look of disbelief crossed her face as she watched Natsu charging after the villains, his fists ablaze. In a bizarre and almost comedic turn of events, the villains scrambled in panic, running away from the fiery dragon slayer while shouting apologies.
"Get back here and fight me!" Natsu yelled, his grin wide as flames roared from his hands. Behind him, Happy flew through the air, laughing with pure excitement. "Aye, sir!" he cheered, fully enjoying the chaos Natsu was creating.
Yaoyorozu observed the scene in quiet amazement. "What... what is happening?" she murmured under her breath, her brow furrowing. The sheer absurdity of the situation was almost too much. She exhaled softly, shaking her head. "It seems... he doesn't need any help after all."
As she stood there, lost in thought, a voice from behind startled her. "Natsu's a real beast, huh? Doesn't fear anything."
Yaoyorozu jumped, turning to see Mineta standing just a few feet away. "Mineta! Since when have you been here?"
The small, purple-haired boy scratched the back of his head sheepishly. "I was hiding when those villains surrounded us. Didn't want to get caught, ya know?"
Before they could continue, Natsu suddenly stopped in his tracks. His face, which had been full of excitement moments ago, turned serious. The villains, sensing the shift, paused as well. The air grew tense as Natsu's expression darkened.
Happy flew closer to Natsu, his usual cheerful demeanor faltering. "What's wrong, Natsu?" he asked, his wings fluttering nervously.
Natsu's eyes narrowed, his nose twitching as he sniffed the air. "There's a nasty smell... coming from the center of the field."
Both Yaoyorozu and Mineta looked at him curiously. Mineta sniffed the air, confusion written on his face. "I don't smell anything."
Happy chimed in with a knowing nod. "Natsu's nose is really good. If he says there's something, then there's something."
Suddenly, a small whirlwind of flames ignited beneath Natsu's feet. A red circle, intricate and glowing, appeared on the ground where he stood. Without another word, Natsu leapt into the air, rocketing upward with such speed that only a gust of wind was left behind. The force of his jump sent a soft breeze sweeping through the area, and Happy shot up after him, flapping his wings frantically. "Why's he always in such a rush?!"
Meanwhile, elsewhere in the facility, Aizawa was locked in a brutal fight against the Nomu. The monstrous creature had already delivered several critical blows to the pro hero, and Aizawa, despite his best efforts, was struggling to keep up.
The Nomu lunged again, its massive body slamming into Aizawa, sending him tumbling across the ground. Before Aizawa could recover, Nomu grabbed his right arm and, with terrifying strength, snapped it. Aizawa gritted his teeth, trying to suppress a scream as pain shot through him.
He attempted to use his quirk, erasing the Nomu's abilities, but to his shock, nothing happened. "Physical strength… it's not a quirk I can erase," he realized, his heart sinking.
From the side, Tomura Shigaraki, with his pale blue hair falling messily over his face, sneered. His cracked lips twisted into a sadistic smile as he leaped towards Tsuyu Asui, who was hiding with Midoriya near the edge of the battlefield. "Let's wound the pride of the Number One Hero before we leave!"
Midoriya, paralyzed by fear, watched in horror as Shigaraki reached for Asui with his decaying fingers. But just as his hand brushed against her, she didn't crumble to dust. Shigaraki's smile faltered, and he glanced back, only to see Aizawa glaring at him. Even in his broken state, Aizawa had managed to erase Shigaraki's quirk just in time.
"Impressive..." Shigaraki muttered, but before anyone could react, Nomu slammed Aizawa's head into the ground with a sickening crack. The impact left Aizawa motionless, blood dripping from his forehead.
Midoriya's eyes widened in shock. "Aizawa-sensei…!"
In a burst of desperation, Midoriya leaped into action. His fists clenched, his heart racing. "Let her go!" he shouted, channeling One For All to its fullest extent. "SMAAASH!"
The air around them trembled as Midoriya threw a devastating punch. The force of his strike shook the ground, sending a powerful shockwave through the area. But as the dust cleared, Midoriya realized his attack had struck the Nomu, not Shigaraki.
Nomu stood unfazed, barely moving from the impact. Midoriya's eyes filled with disbelief. His arm… it didn't break. He'd hit the creature with everything he had, but it wasn't enough.
Nomu, with an eerie calmness, reached out and grabbed Midoriya by the torso, lifting him effortlessly into the air. The creature's grip tightened, and it prepared to slam Midoriya into the ground with bone-shattering force.
Time seemed to slow as everyone watched in horror. Aizawa, battered and bloody, could only look on in helplessness. Asui's eyes widened in terror, and even Shigaraki's lips curled into a victorious grin.
But just as the Nomu was about to finish Midoriya, the sky above them erupted in flames. Natsu came crashing down like a fiery meteor, his body engulfed in a blazing aura. "Iron Fist of the Fire Dragon!" he roared, his voice echoing through the battlefield.
His flaming fist collided with the Nomu, sending a shockwave of heat and force through the air. The impact was so powerful that the ground beneath them cracked, and shards of flame exploded outward, lighting up the entire area.
The Nomu was sent flying backward, tumbling across the ground, flames licking at its body as it struggled to regain its footing. The sheer force of Natsu's punch left a burning crater in the ground, and the heat was so intense that the surrounding air shimmered.
Midoriya fell to the ground, gasping for breath, while Asui and Aizawa stared in stunned silence. Shigaraki, who had been grinning moments ago, now watched with wide eyes, taken aback by the sudden turn of events.
Natsu stood tall, his fiery aura still flickering around him. His usual grin was back on his face, though his eyes burned with determination. "You guys picked the wrong fight!" he declared, his voice filled with fiery confidence.
As the flames around him continued to burn, the villains realized that they weren't just facing any ordinary student. This was Natsu Dragneel, the Fire Dragon Slayer.
