Chapter 21 - Early Graduation

~Peters POV~

Since the Stark Expo, Ned, MJ and myself have all agreed to take an early graduation exam.

All of us easily passed all of our exams with flying colours. Granted myself and Ned could be considered genius's and while MJ isn't, she definitely isn't a slacker in the intellectual department, so it isn't all that much of a surprise.

So now after accepting our graduation certificates, May has decided that all 3 of us deserve a graduation party. Thankfully it's only a small affair.

"Peter! Are you dressed yet?" May calls out to me.

"Yeah, I'm just putting on a jacket" I reply.

There's a knock on my door and Mays head peeks into my room. "Oh don't you look handsome" May coos walking fully into my room.

"Well, I do have rather genes" I agree running my hand through my hair cockily.

May simply raises an eyebrow at me, "Maybe but you should really shave that bum-fluff off your face"

"Hey! I don't have any 'bum-fluff'" I exclaim before stroking my face. "This is simple the start of something great" I say obviously referring to the beginnings of my beard.

"No it's not, go shave it off" May disagrees whilst patting my cheek.

"I'll think about" I mumble holding back a pout.

"Good, be quick about it we leave in 10 minutes" May tells me before heading off to do whatever May does.

After eventually shaving, May and I leave our apartment, to head to the Feast centre as we agreed it's big enough for our small little party.

Arriving after a short drive, entering the Feast centre I see that thankfully May kept to her word and didn't go all it. The Centre is decorated by a simple banner saying congratulations and a table that has various dish's dotted on top of it.

Spotting MJ and Ned I quickly ditch May to say hello to my friends. "I see you guys had to dress up a bit aswell"

"Unfortunately" MJ says in a tone that suggests that her dressing up is the worst possible thing in the world.

"Hey! It's not so bad" Ned counters almost immediately. Ever since getting into better shape Neds confidence in himself has taken a sharp turn upwards for the better.

"I agree. You but look wonderful" I complement them lightly.

""You too"" they both say in sync.

We fall into a comfortable silence, all of us most likely have a lot on our minds. Mostly thinking about what to do now that we have finished high school.

"It's crazy to think that we've finally graduated from eh?" Ned breaks the silence to say.

"It is indeed" I agree.

"It was always a forgone concussion that we would eventually finish's school" MJ deadpans.

I huff a laugh in agreement. "Any thoughts about you guys are going to do now?"

"I'm naturally going to continue working as CEO of Catalyst games" Ned states proudly. "I see no reason for my to go to Universality"

"What about you MJ?" I ask the other member of our trio.

"I'm planing on going to Harvard and possibly getting a part-time job to help pay for housing and such" MJ tells us getting nods from us both.

"What about you Peter?" Ned asks me.

"Ah, we'll since you've Catalyst Games covered. I've been think about making another Company" I tell them.

"Oh why?" MJ asks curiously.

"Well I've been thinking about it for a few years now. But you see as Spider-Man I help and protect the people of New York. But as Peter Parker I might be able to help and protect people all around the world" I say somewhat passionately.

"So you want to make a tech company like The Starks?" Ned says/questions.

"A bit, I want it to be more well rounded I suppose. But that's years away" I tell him. I pause to think about something that just crossed my mind.

"Say MJ why not come work for me?" I ask.

"How so?" She asks in return.

"Well I need someone trustworthy and intelligent to help run my company. Plus you'll be able to help cover my Spider-Man activities" I list off.

"Hmm I'll think about it" she tells me.

"Guys your supposed to be enjoying yourself's not stay huddled into a corner" May shouts at us from across the room.

"Oh we'be been summoned" I exaggerate.

The three of us spent the rest of the night with each other and our family's. We were even allowed to drink, even if it doesn't effect me I still enjoyed watching Ned get tipsy and start trying to break dance.

All and all it was a rather enjoyable night. I didn't even have to spend any time as Spider-Man.
