Prologue 1: Life And Ending

It was the last day of school before summer holidays. The sun shined bright and seemed to be radiating more heat than usual. The people of Moon Valley were, however still working. The adults, working and the students eagerly waiting for the final bell signaling the end of another difficult school year. One such place was East Moon high, which was Moon Valley's most well-known educational establishment. It also housed some interesting students.

//Class Hades//

"James Ray!!" A shout could be heard all throughout the room and in the halls. Everyone turned to look at the back of the class as almost half the class sighed.

"It's the last class before summer. Could he not have Miss Cooper explode on him." A brunette said and sighed.

"Just how it is. Guy somehow finds a way to piss off the wrong person every time. " the blonde beside him replied.

"You-" before Miss Cooper could continue the bell rang and every student made a beeline towards the exit.

// Eddie POV//

" You make me feel like, I've been Locked Out of Heaven!" I sang along to the lyrics. School was officially done for the year and I had a lot of free time.

"Eddie!!" I hear from behind. I look back to find James, Pete, Roy, Daisy and Aria walking up to me.

"Hey guys. Mr. Troublesome, it's been 5 minutes, how are you still not fucked." I said causing the others to chuckle as I let a smile appear on my face.

" Shut it. It's not my fault Copper's boring." James defends himself.

"Yeah sure." I say dryly. "Let's get something cold, I'm burning." I suggest.

"Same, Let's go guys. Ollivander's got a new stock of drinks and ice cream today. checked in yesterday." Roy said.

*Some time later*

We walked out of Ollivander's and started making our way towards our home. We lived in the same neighborhood so we walked home together on most days. As we were walking a ball rolled towards our feet. I looked at it and then up to see a kid coming towards us.

"This yours kid? " I asked, my blonde eyes meeting his hazel.

"Yes." He said timidly, nodding his head. I smiled and gave him his ball back as he walked across the street. As he was walking I saw a truck heading towards him at a high speed. The driver panicking, it seemed the breaks weren't working.

Not sparing a second thought I rushed forward and pushed the kid away but lost my balance in the process and my head hit the street. That didn't feel good and I was dazed. As I got up I couldn't react in time as I heard multiple terrified screams. I looked to my side to see the truck right in front of me. Time seemed to slow as it got nearer and sped up as it hit me.

I was losing my vision as everything was turning black. It seemed anime wasn't wrong. Trucks did cause death randomly. I could hear the voices of my friends as they were beside me. Daisy and Aria crying, Roy, Pete and James panicking but trying to stop the blood. I smiled as I felt myself leaving. I had a good life.

Hello There.

Not much of the usual reincarnation stuff happened here. I wanted to give a brief introduction to the mc and to give you guys an idea of how the fic's gonna go with this. Hopefully you like it.
