Chapter Twenty Nine

Samael knocks on the door of the office and heard Mr Walter voice that ushered him in.

" Come close please." Mr Walter said looking at the tiny piece of gemstone in his hands.

" I think you are please with what you see boss." He said as he moves close, standing directly in front of the gigantic glass table.

" Do you like my idea about sending eight people to fetch out the gemstones , my reasons is because I don't want crowd."

" It's the best Mr Walter. I am also in support and I hope you didn't forget your promise?" He asked adjusting his tie and still maintaining eye contact with the boss.

" How could I forget that I agreed to share the profit of the first sales equal with you?"

" That's minus the twenty percent bonus I get from embarking on this journey?"

" Yes! The project is officially yours but you needs funds, support,and people and I gave you all that. That is why the profit must be shared between the both of us."

" This is a written document boss, sign on it." Samael brought out a paper and pass it to the boss.

" There's no need for that, my man trust me on this. I keep my words, I never fail my part of the deal unless I was betrayed." Mr Walter said trying to assure him.

" Not that I don't trust you sir, but I don't trust your greed." Samael declares still insisting that he signs the paper.

" If that is want you want, but keep this piece of paper well. who knows it might be of use to you in the future if not stolen." He smirked and signs the paper.

" Don't worry sir. In addition, I want Sheridan Sharon to come with me on this journey but she declines me. So I don't know if you can make that possible, she finds the first location so I think taking her with us will assist the search."

" She will go! She definitely needs to go! I will do something about that, she's so engrossed with her wedding."

" Thanks a lot sir." He said as he took the paper and fold it back and place it in his pocket.

" Samael don't forget that both the extra that you will take without anyone notice and the original one all of you guys find, we share it equally?" Mr Walter asked reminding him not to play cunning.

" I won't forget that sir. Whosoever wants to dine with the devil must have a long spoon. " Samael responded smiling. " But, do you truly plan to give the location to the government?"

" The government does not provide my daily bread so why must I provide theirs? The Lord makes a way for me that's all." They both smirked understand what he means.

" Samael! The rest can die there but you must make it out alive with my gemstones okay?"

" Yes sir! Left to me I had suggest that we kill everyone that performed in the conquest except me that will come back alive, and I will lie to everyone that there was no gemstones only disaster that was constant. Then just the both of us will have both the money and location to ourselves."

" But that could raise suspiciousness from everyone right?" Mr Walter asked interested in his suggestion.

" Am just kidding, let not do that." Samael said bowing slightly as he walks out of the office.
