"Charles, what did Alex say?"

Hank, standing beside Charles, inquired about the conversation with Alex.

"He didn't say anything. I'll try to communicate with Apocalypse first to understand the situation. If that fails, we'll take action!"

Charles sighed and connected to the brainwave amplifier.

"Apocalypse," Hank and Havok were visibly shocked.

"Hey, hello, this is Charles. New companion, you're causing quite a commotion."

Charles established a connection with Apocalypse through the brainwave amplifier.

"You... dare to connect to my heart? Hahahaha!"

Apocalypse was surprised to discover that Charles had linked to his mind, and he laughed with delight. "Thank you! Your power is very useful! You've been a great help!"

Charles felt a resounding noise in his mind; an immense and overwhelming spiritual force flooded his consciousness like a tidal wave.

"Through your power, I can control the whole world!"

"This world has gone astray! Nuclear bombs! Giving the humble ant the courage to challenge the gods!"

"This world must be purified!"

Apocalypse extended his arms in a grand gesture, channeling an immense force into Charles's mind. This surge of power enabled Charles to wield his abilities, creating a global envelopment that spanned the entire world.

The vast spiritual energy surged through Charles over to the minds of individuals worldwide.

With unprecedented control, the power of Charles's mind swept across the entire globe, seizing command of every nation possessing nuclear capabilities. Every person with the authority to launch nuclear weapons found themselves ensnared by Apocalypse's influence.

In the hidden depths of the ocean and concealed underground bunkers, nuclear missiles emerged and ascended into the skies simultaneously. A chilling spectacle unfolded as all nations with nuclear capabilities initiated the launch of their deadly arsenal.

The abrupt wailing of sirens echoed across landscapes, and the leaders of nations, stricken with horror, witnessed their worst fears manifesting. Profuse sweating and pale complexions marked their faces as panic and confusion permeated the headquarters of nations worldwide.

Questions reverberated through the air as people grappled with the unfolding catastrophe.

"What's happening?"

"Who ordered the launch of nuclear bombs?"

"Why are our nuclear weapons being launched?"

The world teetered on the brink of an unimaginable disaster as the sky became adorned with soaring nuclear bombs. As the populace stared in disbelief, the grim realization of a world on the verge of destruction gripped hearts across the globe.

"Charles! Charles! What's happening to you?"

Within the Mutant School's brainwave magnifier, Hank was startled as he observed the turbulent mental storm surrounding Charles, who had his black eyes wide open.

"Havok...destroy it! Destroy the brainwave amplifier!"

Summoning all his will, Charles urgently instructed Havok and Hank.

Havok acted decisively, emitting a laser from his palm that obliterated all the equipment, dismantling the brainwave amplifier.

Sparks flew, and Charles screamed. He removed the helmet from his head, sweat covering his body as he staggered and fell to the ground.

"Charles!"

Hank and Havok rushed to support Charles, panic evident in his voice. "What's happening, Charles? What's wrong with you?"

Struggling to speak, Charles managed, "Apocalypse! All he brings is destruction! Stop him! Find Alex and have him put a halt to the Apocalypse. Only he can stop him."

Before Charles could finish, a loud noise echoed in front of them. A faint blue light illuminated the area, and a void opened up. From the void passage emerged Apocalypse, Storm, Psylocke, and Angel— a group of four individuals.

Since Eric's wife and daughter didn't perish at the hands of humans, Eric did not become the last knight of the queen.

"Your name is Charles? Awe-inspiring Ability. How about joining us?" Apocalypse inquired, looking at Charles with a seemingly gentle gaze.

"Don't even think about it!" Charles roared.

Hank released Charles, transformed into a blue-haired Beast, and with a mighty roar, he raised his fist, aiming to strike Apocalypse. 

"Brute force is meaningless!"

With a simple wave of his hand, the sand on the ground swirled around Hank's body.

"Containment!"

The sand condensed instantly, transforming into vast amounts of rock. Hank found himself imprisoned in the rock, with only his head exposed.

Meanwhile, Havok had been pulled away by Storm and Psylocke.

"Charles, call for Alex's help!"

Seeing Apocalypse slowly advancing towards Charles, Hank's exposed head shouted urgently.

Charles quickly unleashed his psychic powers, repeatedly calling out to Alex.

Apocalypse approached Charles, extended his hand, and seized him.

"Your psychic power enables me to control the entire world! I will become the sole god in this world, ruling it for eternity!"
