"What are you doing!? Why are you helping the enemy!?" Exclaimed Klovin angrily as he looked at Tut, whose figure blurred before a bunch of bullets appeared in his hand.
"First off, I'm not helping the 'enemy', if anything, what I'm doing is helping you guys; they have much more firepower than you do, and without my presence, this sub-base or whatever it's called wouldn't have lasted that long in the first place." Remarked Tut lightly as he threw a handful of bullets over the edge of the tower before glancing back at Klovin, who looked thoroughly pissed.
"If you were helping us, you wouldn't block our bullets!" Yelled Klovin while clenching the megaphone in his hand while Tut merely frowned.
"That's true, but that's the thing: I'm not doing this to help you guys; I'm not Serbian; this isn't my war to fight; I'm merely forcing everyone to a standstill. So long as I'm here, nothing is happening, no one is dying, and neither side will cross that long line of bullets on the ground." Replied Tut with a nod, leaning against the railing while looking at the convoy, only to hear the side of a gun cocking.
"I see; if you're not on our side, whose side are you on?" Asked Klovin as he swiftly regained his composure and held a pistol at his while warily eyeing Tut.
"That pistol won't work on me, General, so If I were you, I wouldn't bother wasting ammo; also, I'm not on anyone's side; as I said before, this isn't my war to fight. I'm merely protecting the refugees, that's all; besides, after today, there is a good chance the war will come to an end." Stated Tut calmly while glancing at the pistol in Klovin's hand before staring at his face and sighing to himself.
"Listen, after this convoy returns from whence it came from, I'll be leaving, alright, so until that happens, just sit back and watch." Added Tut as he stood upright before flying out of the tower and landing on the other side of the line of bullets approaching the convoy.
'Haa, I had told myself I wasn't going to get involved, but look at me now; whatever, I'll just end this stupid war; I already know where the leader and other high-ranking officials are; I'll just capture them and hand them over to Serbia. A snake is harmless without its head or something like that; I think that's how the saying goes.' Pondered Pharaoh with a shake of his head as he walked towards the convoy, getting shot several times, but all of the bullets simply fell to his feet.
I was hoping my display of power would make them stop shooting at me, but no, as I continued walking, the concentration of fire only got more intense, which was slightly annoying because they clearly saw that I was the one stopping the earlier rain of fire. Stopping beside a tank, I grabbed it and covered it in my aura before lifting it into the air, threatening to hit it with it.
"If you continue to shoot, I'll throw this at you! Don't test me." Stated Tut in a loud voice that overpowered the sound of gunfire, which eventually died down.
"Cease your fire!" Yelled a man from the back, his words hard to hear from the continuous gunfire, but as soldiers passed his orders down, the rain of bullets eventually stopped.
Seeing them finally stop, I set the tank back on the ground before standing and folding my arms.
"Who's the one in charge? Let's talk. You don't need to worry about your safety; no one will be dying today." Declared Tut, his voice passing through the entire convoy, reaching everyone's ears, causing several to frown, though none dared to say anything.
After waiting a few moments, from behind a humvee, I saw an older man with a similar amount of stars on his shoulder compared to General Klovin; now, I wasn't in the military, army, or navy, so I didn't have the best idea of how that stuff worked, but this man should be of the same rank as General Klovin, or at least close to it.
'Condol.' Mused Tut as he looked at the man's name stitched into his military outfit.
While Condol approached me along with his entourage of bodyguards, I leaped a few feet into the air, catching the bullets shot at him before landing back on the ground, tossing them into the pile behind me.
'Really?' Thought Tut as he turned around and blankly stared at the one who had shot, causing the soldier to look away awkwardly.
Shaking my head, I ignored the dude and shifted my focus back to Condol, who was standing a few meters before me, seemingly not wanting to get any closer, which was fine with me; I just needed to persuade him to leave; I wasn't trying to stay here all freaking day.
"I'm General Condol; what do you wish to discuss?" Asked the man solemnly as he eyed Tut, concealing the signs of unease within his eyes.
"Retreat." Replied Tut, taking Condol aback by how blunt he was.
"Retreat? You want us to retreat?" Remarked Condol in slight anger as he kept his cool, having encountered a few mutants in his lifetime and knowing they weren't easily dealt with.
"Yes. No one seemed to know of your convoy, so you guys probably jammed their communications somehow, which means this was a surprise attack. However, now that you've lost the element of surprise, you are at a slight disadvantage, and even if you do have more firepower, breaking into a base is far harder than defending one." Stated Tut with a nod while staring Condol down, who frowned at his words, though he didn't outright refute him.
"Not only that, but wherever you guys came from is mostly undefended; the communications jamming or whatever you did most likely won't stay for a long time, and when your enemies realize that, they'll attack your base. So the longer you stay here, the more dangerous it gets for you guys; besides, as I said earlier, with me, no one is dying. You can try all you like, but I'm pretty sure the last twenty minutes were a good enough display of how ineffective your tactics were." Added Tut as he leaned against the tank to his left while eyeing Codol, whose expression was rather unsightly since he couldn't refute Tut's claims; after all, it's not easy keeping things hidden from someone like him.
Condol didn't answer me immediately and instead closed his eyes and pondered for a few moments before whispering to one of the soldiers behind him, which I perfectly heard, though he was merely ordered to contact base.
"Allow me to speak with my superior officers." Said Condol, and without even giving a chance for Tut to respond, he turned around and left.
"Yeah, sure, though I've got a feeling the answer will be no." Muttered Tut with a sigh as he watched Condol step into a Humvee and speak through a radio.
Just like this, about an hour passed with neither side doing anything other than occasionally taking shots at each other, but it was always futile; just because I was making a snow angel with all the bullets I'd blocked didn't mean I was incapable of stopping them.
While I was about to lie back down in the pile of bullets, I suddenly stopped and looked at the convoy, which was slowly reversing.
"RETREAT!" Yelled several soldiers as they spread the word around, causing all manners of vehicles to reverse.
Seeing their retreat, I would be happy, though that's only if I didn't hear what sounded like several missiles heading right for us; the estimated arrival time was about three minutes, which was more than enough time for them to retreat to safety.
'Haa, first off, I'm confused; why the hell are they attacking a refugee base first? Are they simply destroying the weakest links first?' Thought Tut in annoyance as he patiently stood there, waiting for the missiles to arrive.
While they were retreating, tons of soldiers from the base behind me exited the gates and ran forward while shouting in joy, mocking their enemies, or firing off a few rounds into the air at their supposed 'victory', which they hadn't done anything to earn, and they hadn't won, not yet at least.
"Yo, General, does this place have any air defense or something?" Asked Tut as he approached Klovin, who was frowning at the back of the crowd.
"No." Said Klovin with furrowed brows before shaking his head, only for Tut to sigh.
Shaking my head, I silently stood beside Klovin while waiting for the missiles to show themselves, which wasn't hard as I spotted them soaring through the sky, leaving behind a trail of smoke.
'Good chance to see how much I've improved using my laser or heat vision.' Mused Tut as he eyed the five stark missiles while his eyes took on a soft red glow.
Straining my eyes slightly, I spewed out a concentrated beam of plasma from my eyes before sweeping it through the five missiles, cutting them cleanly in half before they exploded in the air. Flying into the sky, I shot forth toward the convoy before stopping right beside the humvee Condol was in as I gave him a blank look while he stared into the sky where the missiles used to be.
"Will you actually retreat this time, or will I need to do it myself?" Asked Tut, his eyes taking on a red glow as he fired concentrated plasma right through the ceiling of the humvee, frightening him and everyone else.
"R-Retreat." Said Condol in anger, fear, and defeat while Tut patted the car's roof.
"Good choice."

Who said Tut isn't civilized? Look at him, forcing a whole army to retreat by himself; you can't ask him to be civilized if you want.
