Alexander stormed into Beowulf's quarters, rage and bloodlust were clear in his eyes. Anyone who looked at him that moment would step back in fear. He looked like a devil, a devil whose purpose was to go on a killing spree.

His mind had turned blank. The darkness he had been trying so hard to suppress overwhelmed him and not a tiny bit of humanity was left in him again. He had turned to a complete monster and until he sheds some blood, he wouldn't calm down.

His grip on his sword was tight and the people guarding Beowulf's quarters knew there was trouble, so the one standing guard at the entrance of the hallway sent one of his subordinates signal to inform the crown prince. Alexander, of course, noticed this movement and a wicked smirk carved on his devilishly gorgeous face. 'None of these sleazy guards would be able to save you! Bring back my wife or this would be your last day of being the crown prince of Lucrain.' He commented in his head. The Royal guards noticed the wicked smirk on his face and they gulped in fear. 'We prefer the poker face! This face is scary and intimidating!' They commented in their heads.

Lucas was still busy following his prince that he had found it fun. Seeing the way this men were shivering gave him a thrill to kill them off, after all, they knew about the princess's whereabouts. In fact, these people here were the real culprits, even if they were following orders, people like them deserved to be punished. Daring to kidnap a royal is a death penalty for whoever is involved in it. It was Lucas's view.

Alexander reached the hallway half through and then he paused when he sighted some guards blocking the way. Lucas couldn't see it because he was far off from where the prince was. Lucas creased his brows as to why he stopped. 'Did he sense something?? Why did he stop??' Lucas asked himself, and when he saw the prince turning back, he could only mentally facepalm himself. Of course! We're talking about his highness here! I knew all along that he would be able to sense my presence. He just decided to ignore it! What was I thinking? Did I think he wouldn't notice me? I'm doomed!!' He panicked in his head and invisible tears were falling from his eyes.

Alexander faced Lucas and nodded lightly at him to come closer. He gulped in fear. 'Would he send me back? Well, even if he does, I won't go because I can't let him engage in a fight. I don't mind him killing me after.' He said to strengthen his mind. He took in a deep breathe and walked forward.

"Lucas....good to know you didn't stop following me." He said and Lucas gulped. 'Dear gods! This is it!'

"I want you to put in practice what you have been trained to do...." He said in an ice cold tone as he glared at the soldiers blocking his path.

"Kill them." He said in a calm tone that could temporarily kill someone and bring them back.

"My energy is reserved for my brother. I can't waste myself on these useless piece of thrash." He added and Lucas nodded. 'It would have been better off killing soldiers not guards. This is way to easy!' He commented in his head with a frown. And as if hearing what Lucas was thinking, he spoke again. "Don't worry. There are some lowly soldiers in there that you would want to finish off. For now, use these to warm up." Alexander said and Lucas face brightened but after realizing that his job was to keep Alexander from fighting, his smile died down and he lowered his head. As much as he wanted to fight, he had to stop Alexander and himself from fighting, but he could kill these guards. They're of no use.

Alexander nodded again as if telling him to proceed and Lucas stepped forward, heading towards the direction those guards were standing. They held out their weapons ready to fight and Lucas smirked. "Do you lowlifes really want to fight a soldier? A respected one at that?" He said and gripped on his sword. The invisible glitters gleaming in his eyes could almost be seen.

He removed the sword from his scabbard and began to attack. It was way to easy. These people aren't even qualified to be royal guards. Do they train at all. Their stamina is so low. 'I bet if the princess fought with these people, it'll be a piece of cake to her!' He commented in his head.

His sword was moving in unison with his body. He could even do this with his eyes closed! 'Hmph! Useless piece of trash indeed!'

All of the guards had fallen to the ground, although he didn't kill them, they wouldn't be in a condition to walk anytime soon. Wait, what was he thinking?! They wouldn't be able to crawl their way to the physician for treatment. He had injured them mostly on their legs, this was nothing compared to the fact that they joined hands with their evil crown prince to kidnap the princess. They deserved more. Death! But they couldn't die yet, at least not now. They would still suffer more pain.

He turned to his prince who was wearing a wicked smirk on his face, he nodded meaningfully to Lucas and Lucas knew immediately that they were to proceed from there. Without wasting another second, he moved but still stayed behind his prince incase anyone tried to attack him.

Soon enough, they reached prince Beowulf's quarters and as expected several guards stood there, foolishly guarding his room all in the name of protecting that coward prince. Alexander smirked at the sight as he mentally shook his head. 'Guards or no guards, I'm getting in and I'll kill you if by chance you don't provide where my wife is?'

Alexander casually strode towards the chambers and as expected, they stopped him from getting in. The smirk on his face disappeared and his eyes turned cold as ice, the soldiers standing guard shook in fear but it was visible that the instructions given to them was more important than their lives. 'At least, they learned not to be traitors.' Alexander commented in his head.

"Move!" He commanded and they flinched back in fear but it didn't make them retreat the sword that was blocking his way. The visible determination filled their eyes even if they knew it would later result to their demise.

"Apologies, your highness, but crown prince Beowulf had ordered not to let anyone in." The man who appeared to be the leader said.

Ignoring his remark he spoke again. "For the last time, MOVE." He said in an ice cold voice

"We're sorry your highness but the crown prince had given us his orders and we dare not disobey him."

"And you dare to disobey me?" He probed.

"Well, it doesn't matter anyway, y'all are going to die!" He added with a fierce gaze.

"We're sorry your highness but we'll have to use our swords." Their leader said and Alexander smirked at them.

"I'd love to see you try." He said and moved forward and had his hand gripping on a soldiers neck. In the next second the sound of bones cracking made everyone shrink back in fear but they didn't retreat. Their sword was prepared to attack but it was visible their hands was trembling. Why wouldn't they tremble? This prince here, just killed their comrade with one snap!
