CHAPTER 244

What Martin was saying was the truth but Akeshia was not willing to hear him. Therefore, Martin felt that he was going to take the step of burrying Evelyn.

He decided to leave Akeshia on her own and went to the kitchen. As soon as he arrived at the kitchen, he called for the closer gates ambulance to help him get rid of Evelyn's body. 

Ruth, Naomi , Faith and Purist on the other hand had already finished the spell. They were astonished to find out that the simple task of performing the spell had made Nelly to wake up and get back on her feet.

Naomi started chatting her traditional old songs as she ran around the house. The nurses and the doctor looked at her astonished including by Nelly who had really gotten well but had lost her entire memory. She couldn't even be able to recognize Ruth or Purist. She even looked at Naomi dancing around in a strange manner which made Naomi to stop dancing all around the house. 

" Who are you? What do you want? Where am I ? Where is my mama?" Nelly asked as soon as Naomi stopped dancing and went towards her. 

" What do you mean Nelly? Do you want to pretend that you have forgotten me after all the efforts that I have made to look after you and made sure that you got well soon? I have spent my entire day and night trying to find out the cure to your illness and now you have the audacity to say that you do not remember me? Is that what you take me for?" Asked Naomi filled with lots of anger. 

It was now evident that Naomi hadn't stopped her behaviour of of getting angry at a faster rate.

" Who are all of you and what am I doing in this house? My name is Nelly Mariana and I am Ivy Mariana's daughter. My mother is the perfect ruler of the Mambo town. When then am I ?" Asked Nelly which astonished everyone.

" We know that you are Nelly but you are my sister. My name is Ruth Bora and I was the one intended to marry your brother Ryan yet things went wrong. I was unable to do so since I found out that your brother Ryan was the one who murders my grandma. Her grave is out there" Ruth replied in a pellucid voice but was astonished as Nelly slapped her unmercilessly.

" You are not my sister and this is not my house. I want to go home. My mama must be really worried about me" said Nelly who wanted to get out of the house but was unable since she fell down as soon as she reached at the main door her head hitting the floor. 

Ruth immediately ran towards her and found out that she had already fallen into deep slumber, the only thing that was remaining was for her to be taken to her room. 

Ruth immediately called out for the doctors and the nurses to examine her. She might had felt that Nelly had fallen into deep slumber but that was not yet enough for her. She needed to find out if Nelly was indeed fine. If she was not, she needed to find ways in which they were going to perform the spell. 

The doctor immediately came and carried Nelly to her room. He therefore felt that Nelly had had amnesia according to what he was seeing. Luckily, Nelly woje up just after a few minutes. She was astonished to find herself sleeping on top of the bed sorrounded by the same people.

" You all again? How many times should I tell that I don't know any of you? I want to go home" said Nelly.

" We know you want to go home Nelly but you are not in a good condition to go home right now" said Naomi.

" What condition am I in then? Tell me what the hell happened to me?" Asked Nelly filled with lots of anger.

They all looked at each other astonished. They had never seen this other side of Nelly before all they knew for a fact that everybody had their positive and negative side. 

" Fine! I am going to tell you what the hell has happened to you. You were on your way to our town, I have no idea of what you were coming to do when somebody hit you with his car and ran away. As a good Samaritan, I felt that I could not leave you like that. I felt that I needed to find out what had exactly happened to you. That was when I got out of my car and on seeing your condition, I decided to rush you to the hospital then brought you to my hone as soon as you went into a comma" said Ruth which she thought would drive Nelly's attention away from asking them alot of questions.

" Alright! Oh yes. I remember. I had been sent by mama to go to the closer gates abd have a conversation with Mrs. Magdalene. The perfect ruler of the closer gates about the collaboration between us on Thursday" said Nelly smiling.

Everybody looked at her astonished. Ruth had no idea of why Nelly kept talking about her mother. The only thing that surprised her more was the fact that Nelly kept mentioning her mother whom she had told her that she was dead.

" You still have to stay and get examined by the doctor before you leave. Do not worry about how you will arrive at Mambo town. I am going to take you there personally. Can we please have a talk girls? Let's leave the doctor to continue dealing with Ruth" said Naomi as Faith, Purist and Ruth followed her. 

They all went to have a conversation at the living room. 

" I think I know what is happening to Nelly. We will have to force her to perform another spell with us now that she has already woken up. She is living under the past. Remember the fact that her mama is dead in the real life. We cannot tell her that right now as she might get shocked to death too. She seemed that she was a bit attached to her mother when her mother was still alive" said Naomi.

" What then should we do to bring Nelly back to reality?" Asked Ruth a bit curious.

" The only thing that we can do to bring Nelly to reality is to perform another spell of time of presence. This is too risky for us. If all of us fail to perform this spell, then we will find ourselves in the past just like her. We will need to be careful because no matter what we do, all of us will definetly have to perform this spell. We will have to finish what we started" said Naomi which astonished Purist. 

The house phone immediately rang at that instant. Faith who was near the phone immediately picked up the phone. She was astonished to find that it was Akeshia and she was crying repeatedly in a pityful manner.

Akeshia had called Faith to inform both her and Purist that Evelyn was already dead. Faith immediately felt bad for her. What she had done was a taboo and was something which had never been heard before. Faith immediately disconnected the call. 

" My grandma Evelyn is already dead and my mama is too devastated. I have no idea of what I should do to help her. I think that I really need to go to the closer gates and do something to calm my mama down. I do not really think that Martin will do that on her own. That is the least I can do for my grandma" said Faith who felt a little bit worried.

" No! Akeshia used to be my mother in law. I believe that she will definetly need my support too but we have a spell to perform. If we could not be able to perform this spell today, then something bad would definetly happen to us and to Nelly as well" said Ruth a little bit worried.

" Mama is really devastated. I know that we can do the spell later. We can definetly for the spell later. Do you really understand me? " Said Ruth. 

" Alright! I am defined going to understand you but after this spell, I am going to go back to the closer gates. I cannot let my mama deal with this on her own" said Faith. 

" Alright! As soon as we heal Nelly, we are going to take Nelly to the closer gates. I mean....all of us are going to go to the closer gates. We will support both Martin and Akeshia during this trying time. We have just killed her but we will need to forget about her but for now we will need to do what the most important thing is" said Naomi. 

Naomi could really understand how they feel but she knew that if the time for the spell would have passed, then Nelly would never recover.
