Tiring Experience

Lex finally sat down to relax after eight to nine hours of going through the outer and parts of the inner dungeon slowly killing Skeletons and levelling up.

He was extremely grateful for the weapons and armour that he had taken from the Adventurers, sadly, there was no way to thank them apart from informing the guild of their deaths.

'They only had common equipment from what I could see, it's likely they were really desperate.' Lex thought to himself with an annoyed expression, no guild should have sent them to their deaths even if they begged and pleaded.

Common was the lowest of all rarities, it was almost everywhere. The rarities ranged from; Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary and finally Relic.

They all had their own designated colours too and were often referred to as their colour; Grey, Green, Blue, Purple, Orange and finally Turquoise.

Lex was happy with the gear he had for now so it didn't matter what colour it was. He checked how much more he had to do on his quest before it was done.

To his surprise he was actually almost done with the quest, he knew that he defeated a level 10 Skeleton Knight but he didn't know that he defeated that many Skeletons.

Lex had managed to reach Level six, almost seven, during his killing spree he only stopped because the exhaustion and tiredness were getting to him. He also had managed to increase his stats quite a bit from the attributes points he got from levelling up.

Strength: 20 (10+10) [+]

Agility: 15 (9+6) [+]

Wisdom: 5 [+]

Lex had added four points into his Wisdom, he also added eight points into Strength and three into Agility, he had a hard time finding an area to distribute his points whilst in combat, but he managed to distribute his points decently well.

He didn't need as much of the Wisdom stat compared to his Strength and Agility so he figured he would add more into it whilst outside of the Dungeon.

After a while of resting Lex decided it was time to head out to find a few more Skeletons to push him over the experience required to level up.

Lex forcefully pushed himself off the ground, he felt heavier than ever before. he dragged his feet as he walked almost resembling one of the many Skeletons inside of this Dungeon swaying from left and right as he walked down the corridor.

If an Adventurer or a Skeleton happened to walk past they would have probably believed him to be one.

After a while of walking Lex found five Skeletons, he decided that they would end up being the best targets as they were just outside of the area that separated the inner and outer Dungeon.

'They were probably looking for the others, I guess it's not their lucky day.' Lex thought to himself as he slapped himself around the face in an attempt to wake himself up.

He firmly grabbed the handles of his two shortswords and began sprinting towards them.

Lex's Agility was now much higher than each of the Skeletons before him so he could see every attack extremely clearly. He dodged every attack as if he had done so before whilst carefully cutting off the Skeletons arms and legs at the joints.

Level Up

the battle lasted around a dozen seconds that seemed to pass within an instant for Lex.

'I really have gotten stronger.' He thought to himself almost in disbelief at his own abilities, he even took a second to pinch himself to make sure that this was actually real and not just a dream he would wake up from when he woke up.

He looked at his three attribute points and decided it would be smart to keep his stats at a similar level to each other, with that thought he decided to add one point into Strength and the other two into Wisdom.

Lex now, more than ever, wanted to hit the hay no matter where he was.

After spending a while thinking about where he should spell he realised the safest option.

He couldn't just sleep where ever he wanted since he couldn't be found by any Skeletons otherwise he would join the pile.

'I have to sleep under the dead bodies...' Lex thought to himself with his head hung low.

He walked over to the handful of Adventurers and moved a couple of them around sandwiching himself so that he would be covered well to not be seen.

Lex closed his eyes trying extremely hard to ignore the foul odour coming from the bodies.

'They are just really realistic statues, not dead bodies.' He thought to himself with his eyes firmly shut.

'WHY DID THAT ONE JUST MOVE!?!?!?'
