chapter 8- Dragon

The day has finally arrived, and so has Dragon. Earlier in the morning, I sent Sabo to "get" me some things in the noble part of the city, as part of his training of course, so that he will overhear all of the talks about the burning of the gray terminal.

But now I have a strict time that I can set things up in before he discovers the whole burning thing, so I located Dragon with my observation haki and I'm now running in his direction.

'Dragon is currently trying to camouflage his ship. This is perfect he and his men are alone' I thought while scanning the area again. As I arrived near the area, some of his men came out.

'someone probably sensed me with observation haki' I thought as I hid my presence and snuck around them. however, the closer I got, the more and more men came out.

Finally, I didn't have enough cover since the ship needed to be in a beach an all, and I was going to let myself get discovered anyway so I guess I'll get discovered and make Dragon come out.

I came out from the sandhill I was hiding behind with my arms raised high. "Hey kid, you should go, this isn't a place for you" some guy in a green hood said, and with the most innocent voice I could muster I asked him "is it because Dragon is here?".

Hahahahaha the look on his face was priceless, I get why there are so many prankers out there, this is so much fun. The guy was in shock for a good minute before he started freaking out, I mean if a poor looking kid knew they where here, the nobles know for sure.

"calm down, calm down, I'm the only one that knows that he's here, so can you take me to him? I've got something I need to discuss with him". The guy thought about it for a second, but he realized that he will have to take me to Dragon anyway since I know their location, so he might as well get some credit by "buying" my silence.

"*Sigh* we don't really have any choice in the matter do we? alright, come with me", as the guy lead me towards the ship suddenly a vice sounded near us. "What are you doing soldier? who is this kid and why have you brought him here?" a weird lady with a purple afro asked the soldier {I tried so many times to describe her but I just can't... like look at a picture of her in google and tell me you can describe her in a short sentence. It's impossible!}.

"Mrs.Ivankov this kid is the intruder and apparently he knows that Dragon is here so in return for his silence he asked to have a conversation with Dragon". "Really, this kid was the intruder? I sware I sensed someone quite powerful for this area" said Ivankov while eyeing me, "well I guess we aren't really in a position to negotiate if that's all that he wants, lead him to Dragon".

'wow, this was way too easy, I know that I have the upper hand here but they didn't even check if I was a spy? maybe they think I'm too young?'. As I pondered why I was let in so fast, I meet Dragon face to face. "How did you know we were here?" Dragon asked, skipping all the bullshit, "relax dad, I sensed you with my observation haki, no one else hear is capable of that except my brothers and they are not proficient enough".

Man, I love messing with people. this one line froze anyone that heard it including Dragon. """Sir Dragon you have a son!?!?""" all of the army asked in unison, shocked. "Yes I do, but only one so If you are my son how the hell do you have brothers?" asked Dragon how managed to calm himself quickly.

'Damn I didn't get a good reaction from him' I sulked in my mind. "first of all I am your son, I received enough "fist of love" from grandpa to know that, and second, we exchanged sake cups so we are brothers". "So dad is still using that name hu, well I need to question you further to make sure you are indeed who you claim you are so come with me for a second".

*15 minutes of questioning later*

After telling him basically my life story and answering some questions he believed me. "So Luffy, what do you need from me?" asked Dragon with a curious expression. I checked up on Sabo using observation haki, and since he wasn't yet in the noble part of the city I decided to have a little fun.

"well..." I toled Dragon about Sabo and my plan, as expected since his son recommended it he was willing to give it a shot, "but Sabo isn't at the noble area yet, as a matter of fact, he is quite far, so we have some time. how about a spar?" since a couple of months ago no one has been able to give me a hard fight, except Garp but we don't talk about Garp.

I wanted to test my strength against someone truly powerful that won't annihilate me on the first minute since he can't hold back *cough* *cough*. "Sure, but are you sure? even if I'm holding back you're only seven" Dragon asked a little worried, "don't worry, I can handle myself as you will see in a moment. Now, let's call everyone and start already" I said excitedly.
