Brother is that you?

Kate slowly open her eyes after falling into a deep sleep, she yawn and stretch her self. " Hey! princess you are finally awake. ". " Yeah! I was so...". She immediately jump up from the bed but wince in pain when the pain in her ankle shoot her entire leg.

She remember talking to someone in the park near their estate , how did she get home. " Brother! is that you? ". She asked gently since the room light is very dim she did not see the other person that spoke. She look around the room and she notices it is different even the room was not well light. " Really? princess your brother? "

" Everything came crashing in her when she recollect collecting water from the stranger and drank a mouthful to swallow the drugs given to her. ' Am I kidnapped? is he going to kill me ? where am I ? did my family know?'. series of question came to her mind when it was dawn in her that she has being kidnapped.

" Where are my? ". She asked trying not to show her fear.

". More like it princess. Am glad you know you are not with your family. Good, good! ". Saying so the person came closer and path her on the shoulder.

Kate look up to see the person but Ashe can not recollect knowing her but her voice sound like a man while her feature is that of a woman, without no doubt the person is a woman.

She try to look pitiful and see if she can make use of her fighting skill to defeat her and escape from this place. She did not know why or what the person want from her or maybe her family but no matter what she needs to escape. ". ouch! my leg! ouch. This pain is unbearable. ". She said after suddenly clutching her thigh and look pitiful like a lost puppy.

Susan saw through her act but said nothing, she want to see what she is up to. She did not want to underestimate her enemy. " Oh! sorry! you must be in pain? is it paining you that much? ". She bend down to examine her injured ankle. " Yeah! its very painful. ouch! ". She continue her act just to distract her. Susan examine her leg carefully before she stood up to get someone that will help her.

" Let me just call someone to bring ointment for massage. ". She picked up her phone and turn her back to her, seeing this as an opportunity Kate attack her from the back. She kick her from the back which made Susan to stumble forward losing the hold on the phone while Kate moved closer to her to kick/ punch her. Just as she moved closer to throw punch to her face Susan swiftly hold her fist in hers and twist her hand to her back making her wince and wail in pain.

" Nice move princess! do you think you are my match? dream on. ". Susan whisper in her ear which send cold shiver down her spine before she was dumped like a bag of potato. Susan clap her hand twice , the room was immediately illuminated. Making the two to squinted their eyes in order to adjust to the brightness. ". Hang her " Susan said to her guards before leaving the basement .

". Keep trying her number! ". " It is not connecting! "

" oh my my! what is going on for goodness sake? ". ". Where could she have gone to?" Mrs Kelly asked in panic, while Mr Kelly and Bob continue to try her nymber. It is more than twelve hours now they have being looking for Kate but so far they found nothing. They reported to the police but they have to wait for twenty fours hours before they file her report as missing person.

They don't know what to do , they have practically contact everyone Kate can possibly go to but she is not there. Bob was worry sick about his sister, he has exploit all his contact but it seems she evaporate into a thin air. All the tracker on her are disable, the CCTV of the estate was checked but it was shown that she open the gate herself and went out in her sport attire.

The nearby CCTV around the park show that she sat on the bench after that nothing was seeing of her. The guards at duty in the estate was questioned but it was found that he went to lavatories that time when Kate went out , more so she open the gate herself.

They did everything that needs to be done yet they met dead end, they now concluded that their precious daughter has been abducted they can only sit down waiting if the kidnappers will call for ransom. Police are on ground too to help them invade if the call came in.

Betty and Bob house.

Betty has being discharged from the hospital but her condition is not stable at all, she look more like a mental challenged person compare to her glowing self. She talk to herself, shout at the maids and she sobs every time, in short she look like mess.

It has been three weeks she was discharged from the hospital but no one except the maid visited her. She told the guards to tell her husband she want to meet him but he refused to see her. She cry, create scene at the end she only embarrassed herself.

She cannot believed she lost to a mere mistress after her battle to win over the love of her life. She has being in love with Bob for over thirteen years when the are in high school. It was love at first sight for the two of them .

They have been secretly dating when one day he came to her in a sullen mood.

" Bob? what happened to you? why are you like this? did you fight with your mum again? talk to me now? " young Betty bombard young Bob with questions.

" I ...I...don't know.....I just useless Bet....you don't know.". Bob said sniffing a sob. Betty hug him this comfort him. " Shhhhh! don't say that to yourself. I want you to know that you are not useless at all. Tell me whatever that is troubling you so we can find solution to it. ".

" Its complicated, I don't know mum has been super angry and nagging recently. She curse everyone especially Dad. She called him useless, stupid all sort of names. She said she can not even finish a small task. ...She went as far as wounding ...him but he just kept quiet doing nothing to stop her. As an heir and the son of the house I can't help them. I hate seeing them at each other throat. My sister and I are the one suffering, we don't know what is going on with them! We don't know why mum will be so mad when they are talking about this issue that they will end up fighting and we at the end receive their harsh treatment. Do you know mum pushed Kate down the stairs she she was angry yesterday? Bob said with sadness making Betty gasped in surprise.

" How..h...how is she now? " " She is at the hospital !"

" Oh my God! is it that serious? ".

" No it is nothing serious, she just has a broken ribs. ". Bob said with a shrugged.

Betty blinked in surprised when she heard that. ". You call that not serious? what else will be serious then? death? " She asked with worry laced each word.

" We have suffered more than a broken bones Betty, So with that minor injury she will be okay in no time." " Why can't you talk to your father since is levelheaded more than your mum and get to know the situation . You don't k ow you might be of help somehow."

After a week of their discussion Bob came back again with a foul mood this time.

A knock at the the door brought Betty out of her thought. " Come in. " She said in a low voice.
