Tour of Orutorth Academy!

Looking up, the duo saw an enormous building in front of them. Because the handbook to the academy didn't show their academy, they were quite expectant, and they definitely didn't disappoint!

Orutorth Academy was quite large, about 2 square miles, but since Adrian had experienced how even a lower district guild department head could have access to a portal, he knew such a prestigious school like Orutorth Academy would have much more of them.

The academy had a large wall surrounding it, with red flags just like the badge they were wearing. The buildings inside the walls were actually quite modern, with bricks and clean steel as the outline, everywhere. The biggest building was the giant coliseum in the middle that was made up of white stone-like material that seems quite durable.

There was an attendant wearing a classic butler outfit that came up to them, seeing how the two were looking around everywhere. The butler was a middle-aged man with clean and brown hair and a brown curvy mustache, making him quite handsome for his age.

"Hello. You two must be some of the new students here correct? You are quite early, as all of the students come here on the day of the tournament." The butler had a deep voice that calmed people that listen to it.

"Yes, we're the new students, I'm Adrian and she's Alice, could you show us the way Mr....?" Adrian trailed off.

"Mr. Adams, and yes, it is my job to show you all around the academy." Mr. Adams did a light bow before gesturing them to follow him.

Seeing as there really aren't that many professors around at this time, they saw the luxurious buildings and items around them.

On the tour, there were actually tons of portals on the right side of the academy where the dormitory was. The portals were all designated to go to their specific classes, S, A, B, C, D. The dormitory had 3 sections, a male, female and co-ed sections of the dormitory, one for boys, one for girls, and another one for those who don't mind sharing with another person/gender.

On the left side, there was a decently large building that held the cafeteria, which had different floors to accommodate the different students, like the first years, second years, and third years.

Because the south/bottom area was the small area for the entrance, there were decorations like water fountains, bushes, etc. For the top area, it was for the professors, their dorms, and faculties and their own private offices to help students with their work. To come to the headmaster's or vice headmaster's office, they would need to be notified first as they would send you the portal to come to their office.

The butler was also explaining the process of testing and tournament for tomorrow which made Adrian a bit suspicious about his identity, but let him continue to gain information.

For tomorrow, the students would need to gather together in the coliseum to test their magic aptitude, magic talent, and overall combat capabilities before being placed in a certain class. After everyone gets placed into their specific class, they would have to fight the other students in their class in a tournament to have their class placements.

After finally being done with their tour, they learned more about this place, and even though they had their map, it wasn't really helpful anymore as it wasn't as detailed as the butler's explanations of each place. Seeing how informed Mr. Adams was and that some of his gestures were quite dramatic as if to hide something made Adrian feel as if he was a professor or someone else with power in this academy.

Seeing that it was night, the duo went to the dormitory to get their identification checked and verified. The person in the reception was a young man in his mid-twenties, with black hair, black eyes, a normal suit, and a white shirt. Checking their badges and the papers with the pictures, they both received their dorm card.

Seeing that they were going in the same direction, they looked at their card and saw that they were indeed in the same room in the co-ed section of the dormitory. It both said room: 201, Co-ed section, roommate Adrian/Alice.

"What a coincidence...looks like we'll be together more often than we thought." Adrian raised his brow thinking of how Seth may have pulled some strings.

"'sigh', it's much more reassuring that I'm staying with someone I know." Alice sighed in relief as she calmed down, knowing that someone she trusted was staying with her.

Going to the 2nd portal to the right of the reception desk, they were instantly teleported to the second floor of the dormitory. Like the other floors, it was an expansive white marble-like hallway with small golden lines and outlines over the entire hallway, with a red and gold royal carpet and luxurious brown doors with silver room plates next to them.

Entering their room, they were surprised at how large it was. There were two beds with a warm red blanket on top of it. There were two desks both with modern pens and pens with most of the space being taken by looks like their textbooks. Looking around their dorms also had two bathrooms, a mini kitchen, and a small dining room, making it feel like a luxurious modern apartment.

They both take a look around their new room and tested the bed. For the two that didn't need much comfort or much of anything but food and water to survive, so this was a great luxury for them.

They took a light snack to eat before they put their needed items back into their inventory. Seeing how late it was now, Alice and Adrian both went to their beds to go back to sleep.

'Hah...I hope nothing goes wrong on the first day of school...' Adrian sighed before pulling up his covers and falling asleep.
