It was like a pair of lovers painted in the time were colored pictures weren't a thing. The man was cold and expressionless while the beauty was leaning towards him –– love-struck and all. Face melting and eyes dreamy like all she saw was the man in front of her.
I scrunched my nose and crumpled the news, throwing it away like it had something disgusting on it.
Little Pluffy barked and ran to catch it, thinking I was playing fetch with him.
My boiling emotions calmed a bit when the little puff of fur brought me the crumpled paper, waging his tail, asking for a pat.
I laughed beneath a sigh and fed him treats instead.
