Most of all the forest was in Luffy control. Building the walls around Luffy territory was not a trouble for Luffy with his manpower made of many wolfs and goblins and now some ogres . Which were named by Rimuru after all the tribes were moved to the main city/ starting village. On top of the Hill Luffy and Rimuru are looking down on the city. From once's old broke down huts to now replace by Beautiful house's from modern age. The small village was turn to a wonderful city before Luffy and Rimuru 👀 eyes. Luffy admire the view for some time, then ask Rimuru to get ready for the battle with orcs. Rimuru did not question Luffy any more and did as he was told because he didn't have to work as a leader of a city it was to much work for him so Luffy being the leader was ok 👌 and he got some power up from the gifts Luffy give, he was close to being a true demon. At the border some goblins were tasks with guarding the border saw the army of 100,000 orcs, sent out warning to the city. Luffy and Rimuru with troop march to meet the enemy head on. As if the world wanted Rimuru to evolve into a demon lord the orc lord ate Gelmudo and fought against Rimuru. Rimuru cut arms of orc disaster and the head but it started healing so Rimuru turn to his slime form and ate the Orc disaster, things when the same as the anime 1/4 of the orcs dead. The city name was same Tempest, after setting the orcs into place Luffy had them divided into group. First group was the soldier who will join Luffy army and second was send to the city to do job and other things.

Luffy was getting bored 😐 so he made a item that allows him to travel to different world. But first he wanted to conquer this world.

Time skip

2 years later

In the 2 years Tempest has grow double the sides, gain more people that want to live in Tempest. As the demon lords watch the city grow, greed grown in some of their mind. The demon lord sent many messagers telling Luffy to server under them but it was always reject it.

After waiting more then 1 years the demon lords get anger. As they march their troops into battle with angry and hate. Luffy had plan for this to happen and place a trap for those demon lords and they troops at the border of tempest. As the demon troops didn't see the traps they walked into it leading to half the army dying. Fear of dead the troops was frozen. Luffy told the demon troops to surrender, if they swear loyalty to Luffy, he will let them live but he was attacked which resulted in another half dying now. The demons lord attack Luffy with many skills but Rimuru ate them all and fired it back at them injuring them. Luffy made shadow wings and flew through the air to the injured demon lords, cutjng they heads clean off. 1/4 demon troops left surrender and swear loyalty to Luffy which he accepted and send them to Tempest with Rimuru to be name and reorganized into different groups like the orcs.

After defeating the demon lords Luffy told Rimuru to free veldora. After arriving at Tempest both of them when to the cave. Rimuru did the same thing as in the show and veldora and doing anime moves show up in air. Calling him down Luffy told both of his friends to act like the vise leaders and take over the world for him lol 😂. Luffy told Rimuru he will be viewing different worlds and that he will come back to take both of them with him next time around. After saying so Luffy used the item to create a gate to one .....
