It smelled of blood, it was just blood. If someone looked at that universe, they might think it was just blood, but no, it was the blood of those who died in the war.

*Boom*

At that moment someone was flying away, his body piercing galaxies as he flew and flew millions of light years away without stopping.

*Cough*

"Ahahaahaha, so you only lasted this long. I thought you were strong," said a primordial demon with long wings and horns shaped like a crown on its head.

"I'M GONNA MAKE YOU SORRY!" the dying man shouted.

"Tch, I haven't even shown my true strength and you think you can defeat me," he said and left the wounded man there. Now he knew he was not going to get better and he knew he was going to die.

"Congratulations Jason, that was a good dance." (JJK reference)

After she was gone, he muttered, "It's all my fault. I should have been stronger," and so he watched the distant stars until he could stand it no longer and died.

But immediately after he died, his soul left his body and was wrapped in a cocoon by the law of time, after which he travelled through time.

At that moment, Jason was sitting with his wives. In this last year he had stolen Jasmine's heart and he had taken his revenge, he had done everything that could be done in this universe.

He said, "I had a clone in the DxD universe, I wonder how many days have passed?" and he immediately contacted the clone and found out; only 7 days had passed.

When he was about to go to the DxD universe, a yellow light entered his head and before he could defend himself, memories started to flow into his head.

From those memories he learnt what would happen in the future, what to do and everything.

Yes, the man who just died was a future version of our main character. His soul went back and transferred his memories to the past Jason and made his soul stronger.

"I-I have to stop this from happening in the future," Jason said resolutely. He had seen his whole family die in the future, he didn't care if he died, but he couldn't bear it if something happened to his family.
