Chapter 25 All on board

"No, not now, not now." I pleaded in desperation, the sharks in the water started to stir as well as the mosquitoes flying down at me.

"Work, Why won't you work like before." I asked myself and look at the bottle with the rocket engraved in it.

"Is the bottle out of juice?" I said taking the bottle out and putting it back in and no sound effect played.

"Than what about." I was then interrupted by the bombardment of stingers hitting us as I struggled to take out the bottle again.

They dive bombed us with there front stingers and then when they were stuck, they would use the scorpion tail to stab us again. 

When they landed an electric zap hit them of us but Blood Stalk grunted in pain after that.

Sparks were flying all over us as we were stung repeatedly and the bugs were even more agitated at that.

"Blood Stalk, switch the bottles." I yelled trying to block the stingers with the gauntlet.

Blood Stalk did as I said and took out the rocket bottle and put in the new one.

"Octopus!" The sound effect played and I pull the trigger as soon as it was loaded in.

The projectile that came out was a dark cloud that covered the sky above us that looked like an ink blob.

The insects seemed to stop for a moment at the clouds arrival. 

"What now." I said thinking of what to do now since it seemed to stop the attack for now.

"Elek Steam!" Our left hand then brought out the steam blade and shot an electric bolt into the cloud, causing yellow and blue lighting to flow through it and disperse into the insects killing them in one big group. 

"Yes, good thinking Blood Stalk." I said praising there method of attack.

There are still a few bugs left, but the swarm has dispersed.

"Now we just need to deal with the sharks and then we can get to the boat." I said looking for the fins until I noticed something much more shocking.

The boat that we have been trying to get to is opening its sails and is starting t move away.

"Wait, the boat is leaving? Why did it decide to leave now?" I said in panic not really expecting a response. I just wanted to let out some frustration.

Blood Stalk then pointed up with our left hand to the ink cloud we made in the sky shooting lightning all over.

"Ah, right." I said dishearten at the situation before us. 

"We just need some way to get to the boat before it gets to far away." I thought of what we had that could let us move faster. We have the Cobra, Rocket, and Octopus bottles and the steam blade that can shoot Electricity, Ice.

(Rocket is out of commission for now, and Devil Steam is not an option.)

Ice?

"ICE! that it. We can freeze our way over and avoided the sharks." I said finally putting a plan together. It will also be faster than swimming there.

"No... we kill them." They responded in a cold tone and I try to explain to them that getting to the boat is the best option.

"If we make it to the boat, we can stand a much better chance of fighting them." I try to make a excuse to get them to follow the plan. They waited a few moments before responding.

"Ok..." They said dismissively and started to turn the valve again. 

"Ice Steam!" The sound played and they aim at the water in front of us.

They pulled the trigger and a grey cloud with blue light hit the waters surface slowly freezing it. 

An Ice sheet started to appear and we climb it with difficulty. 

"Now we just need to make a path to the boat and we are set." I said making sure they follow the plan and not try and fight the two sharks and remaining incest's right now.

They pulled the trigger again and started to make a path with the sharks circling us moving slightly out of the way.

It was a little slippery being ice and started to melt pretty fast.

"Lets move quickly, but carefully." I said which made us nod together.

We began the fast walk to the boat so we didn't slip to much and fall into the water again.

"Were doing good." I said to encourage us to keep moving. 

The shark fins than disappeared and water around us started to bubble again with eggs.

"More eggs?" I said to myself looking at the water then behind us.

I then noticed a new problem that has appeared.

Instead of dispersing, the ink cloud we made was following us as we moved and it seemed to have gotten bigger.

"What the? Shouldn't it have dispersed by now?" It was an attack that we made and unlike all the other times we did something, the creation we made did not explode.

"One more thing to worry about." I will worry about that later.

The main objective of getting to the boat safely is more important. 

As we made more progress the shark fins returned and started to hit the ice bridge we were making.

"We need to drive them off us somehow." I said since if they destroy our foot holds we cold land directly into their mouth. 

Blood Stark then spun the valve two time.

"Eleck Steam!" The electronic voice said again.

"Aim at the water above it." I said trying to get them to aim a bit higher since water can distort light.

They fired at one of the fins and it started to writhe in pain then submerged.

The second one started to move to the ice bridge and hit it with its head.

We began to move forward and spin a little and almost lost our footing but kept moving to the boat. The ice bridge that we just made is now sweeping in font of us because of the shark.

The boat it right in front of us now and I can see a bunch of people aboard holding spears at the ready and an anchor being pulled from the water.

"Almost there." I said still moving as fast as we could when the ice started to move again.

The first and second shark seemed to be trying to flip us over by hitting the ice in random intervals.

The last hit made the ice crack a lot.

We are almost in arms reach of the boat, I felt a 

I looked back and see that one of the sharks has jumped out of the water and landed on the ice, making it into a broken mess. I didn't get a good look at it since it disappeared so fast.

As that happened the ice started to sink a little at the back and it rose us into the air.

The ice resembled more of a pillar now than a path as it continued to sink. 

With the ice beginning to break apart we jumped to the boat, but didn't reach the deck and hit the wall instead. 

We started to fall into the water again, but stabbed into the wall of the ship before before falling in completely. 

We started to climb it with the wires and got on board the ship, falling onto the board with a thud.

"We made it. WE MADE IT!" I say with so much happiness that I could scream.

As we got to our feet I began to think that this is my ticket home, I am ready to reunite with my family after the crazy two maybe three days of wilderness survival.

Then a spear was pointed at our neck with a lot more following after.

"I don't even care right now, I am just happy to be alive."
