Remake, new, or none at all?

I realized almost all of you didn't like the MC and after rereading it and improving in some of the core areas as a casual writer, I realized where things went downhill.
To realize mistakes is to learn, right? (and additionally working on them)
You want a more human MC, I will give you that. There are too many villains nowadays, hehe.
Personally, I want a grey MC, neutral type, someone who rationally I can relate with as I write.
