Saving Eri and Clearing up Villains

Kirito saw a little girl wearing a plain, short-sleeved dress, which is a dirty, pale tan color. Bandages are wrapped around both her arms and legs, stopping at her wrists and ankles, underneath which she is shown to have numerous scars.

It was Eri. He hurriedly used Sense to check the alley and found a person, It was Kai Chisaki who was coming up. He used Confuse Ray and Mean Look on Chisaki and disappeared with Eri using Teleport. While he was leaving, he used Heal Pulse and Life Dew on her. Though her scars couldn't be healed quickly, her sickly body started to glow up slightly.

Appearing at his home, Kirito put Eri on the bed and called Mirko on the Phone.

"Hello, Rumi, where are you right now?"

"Why what happened? Are you okay?"

"Don't ask too much and appear at the location I am sending. Also, be sure to bring some heroes with you. I have found a villain hideout by chance and the leader might be Kai Chisaki."

"You Sure? If it's wrong... No Scratch that. Just send the location. I will appear in the city in 10 minutes. Till then you can hold them, I will take the responsibility."

'It seems Confuse Ray and Mean Look is a good combo to stop the villains.'

He coated himself with Mirror Coat and then used Confuse Ray again on Chisaki and asked, "Where is the hideout?"

Kirito didn't get any reply.

He used Charm, Leer, and Confuse Ray again on him and this time he got the answer.

"Kai Chisaki, You are fucked Up."

He levitated him while Hot water drops were burning Chisaki's body while life dew was healing it.

Kirito a wrote note and stuck at the sidewall and left for the underground base.

'It seems the base has many paths to enter.'

Kirito kept on going as he sensed the area in which most of the villains were.

He sensed Suneater, Rikiya Katsukame, the one who had a gigantification quirk, and many other villains. Instead of fighting head-on, he used Calm Mind on himself and then waited for the Heroes to appear as it would lead them to panic and then he would start.

Kai Chisaki was unable to say anything as his mouth covered my water. He could only feel pain and look at the person who brought his downfall hateful.

Seeing Chiaski's hateful eyes, Kirito went near his ear and spoke coldly, "Did you ever think that someday your work will lead to your downfall?"

He saw through the door that everyone was panicking while a few were calm.

Using Confuse Ray and Mean Look, he made sure that they would panic more and take advantage of tensions. He started hitting others and putting water on their clothes.

At first, no one noticed but as they were getting more damage, Mimic and Chronostatis noticed something was wrong, they were planning to leave through another area but when they saw the clothes of one villain were wet, Chronostatis spoke, "Everyone Stop, Someone's here, Who is there come out?"

Kirito who was outside the door smiled and then used Water Manipulation and turned the water on their clothes into a choker and bind their necks and started pushing it. Most of the unnamed villains couldn't do anything and went unconscious while some removed the water and others destroyed it.

Again using Confuse Ray on others, Kirito controlled the bodies of a few to hit others and created a riot. Now only the eight bullets of Shie Hassaikai and the left and right-hand man were left.

Kirito sensed Heroes coming and started to go on offense. He removed the glows around Kai's hand and controlled it to make sure he won't attack him. He had already attacked the Pressure Points in his hands to make sure he won't be able to use his hands.

Kirito threw Kai Chisaki against the Chronostatis and as he sensed the danger, Chronostatis used his hair to block and deal damage to the target but then he heard, "NOOOO!" and looked back.

Chronostatis saw it was his Boss and he had hit him. Kirito took the chance and started his Blade DAnce he already knew their abilities so he purposely missed Hekiji Tengai whose quirk was Barrier and Yu Hojo whose quirk was Crystallize. He attacked them with water shurikens and Flying Rasengans and made his blades blunt to not cut them off. He didn't want to go to jail.

While he was doing this, others also started to attack him Chronostatis was about to use the Quirk removing Bullet to stop him. But instead, he used Kai to recover him.

Though his plan wasn't successful as instead of hitting Kai, Kirito used Psychic to Hekiji Tengai there and removed his Barrier Quirk. With his CQC Masterty and Mirror Coat, no one could attack him or come near him, and as he saw Kendo Rappa whose Quirk was StrongArm. He used Counter on him and attacked him with his own attacks. As he was done, only Mimicry and Chronostatis were left. He was about to attack them but then she sensed Rumi was about to Kick the Door he had closed. So he put Rikiya Katsukame there and went to torture Chisaki.

Seeing him not attacking, the duo tried to take their chance but then,

*BOOM*

The door burst open with Mirko's kick and Rikiya flew away. Kirito changed his direction to Mimicry and he fell on them.

Kirito started to use hot drops to torture Chisaki while only healing the wound caused by heat. His blood was still flowing. Kirito stepped away from him to make sure he wasn't associated with them.

As Mirko looked up, she saw only Chronostatsi standing up with a confused and defeated look while all other villains were down and their hands, feet, and mouth were tied.

She saw Kirito standing at the side and he gave her a smile and a 'Hi' sign.

Still before talking to him, Mirko Kicked Chronostatis down and made sure he won't up. A kick in the face, guts, and..., well he wouldn't wake for at least an hour.

"So you finished huh! Looks like it wasn't wrong. Though I will have to deal with the officers again."

"You said it and I went wild. Though it wasn't as good as we fight but still didn't attack head-on."

"So you used other tricks. And where is the Head of the Yakuza?"

"See there, the one with peacock beak-like face mask, He is Kai Chisaki and he is dead."

"No, I won't even If I could heal others, I won't heal him."

He was thrown back to the wall with Mirror Coat and Psychic. Kirito washed the area at which Endeavour touched and flew at him.

"Mr. No.2 Hero Endeavour. I don't care how you see your children as tools or machines that should follow you. But I have to go home to take care of her. So it doesn't matter if you understand or not, I will leave. As for why I did all this and used Quirk Illegally, It's because I had asked a Hero for permission and she gave it. The main reason why Civillian had to use his powers to stop a villain group is that Heroes like you who work only for fame are fucking Incompetent. Saying all this, Kirito left not before using Water to drown Endeavour and his flames.

"And cool down a little bit. Mr. Forever No.2 Hero."
