One of the reasons why Borris and I are good friends is that we spar a lot. He, like his master, is a user of Russian sambo. The sambo has a lot of techniques that revolve around grappling, so it is hard for me to subdue him (limited myself only to disciple class) only by jiujitsu, and it is hard for him to subdue me because of the similarities we had on the techniques... coincidently, also the similarities how our teachers teach us their arts.

Mom, also Borris masters, teach if we want to become master on subduing our enemies, we need to become master of escaping when we are subdued or locked by our enemies. And since both Borris and I are too used on locked by our respective masters and tried to escape from them, we both are so hard to be locked. Unless the enemies are master class whose techniques also revolve around subduing enemies like mom, akisame and Borris master that is.

So to polish our respective martial arts (Kushinada style only for me, and the techniques that revolve around grappling for Borris), we spar a lot.

The last important reason why I'm close to Borris is that he is not a true follower of killing fist. The reason why he is a follower of killing the fist is not that he chooses to become a follower of killing the fist, but because his profession as a soldier sometimes demands him to kill. But if his order is to protect and save others, isn't that mean he is also a follower of saving fist? So in my opinion, his alignment is split between he is more towards neutrality or he just hasn't formed his own belief. But I think it is more likely is the latter. He is just shackled by his loyalty to his nation.

He is the perfect guy to become my minion, to become my helper to help children in need while I laze around hueheheehehe!!

Now it's time to influence him, to shift his loyalty toward me, to make him a follower of saving through killing!!! huehehehehe...!!

A manipulative and hypocrite bast*rds you said?? I don't care!! Now Get out!! I need my handsome sleep!!! (If women have beauty sleep then man has their version, handsome sleep!!!).

Borris aside, i don't have anyone that wants to get close to. Each of them has reasons why I did not want to get close to them.

On martial arts alone, like Borris, I actually would have befriended the only woman in the group, Rachel Stanley. (In the original, there are 2. Rachel and Chikage. But because of my presence, while chikage also follow me and mother to Yami and Yomi, but I am the official disciples of mother). The reason is that she is a wrestler. Mexican style wrestler. (I am did not distracted by her outfit. Nope, nope)

I and she did spars sometime. If there is an audience. Well, that's not a problem with me. But the problem is she like mocked for being boorish and not stylish with what I wear, stating that I never wash my clothes.

What is wrong with me wearing a book all the time? They are comfy you know.

Besides, she is way too noisy for my liking. Unlike Borris who know how to rest, Rachel is waaaay too hyperactive. Whenever there is Rachel, I can say goodbye to my sleeping time.

Another member I want to avoid is Amamiya ryota. The Childhood friends of Shirahama Kenichi. He is also actually a good kid. Despite being the first big boss/Villain Kenichi needs to defeat in the manga and anime, he is more of a victim rather than a villain. He is a victim of being manipulated by his own master, Issinshai Ogata. The very first Disciple of ryouzanpakou.

Ryota himself is someone that earnestly pursue the way of martial artist to better himself and to fulfil his promise with Kenichi. So he is not a true villain in my opinion.

But, it's his master that I don't want to deal with. his master is the reason why I don't want to get close to him. Unfortunately for me, he recognise me from when I had my first spar with miu, and I became one of his inspirations and reason to fellow martial artists. The other reason is miu.

So that is why, whenever we met, he always chase me and asked for a fight.

Troublesome!!

Well, thinking about it now, only Borris that I befriended. Because each member is similar to Rachel and ryota. Either I don't like their personalities, or I want to avoid getting involved with their masters.

Note: I do get missions as a member of Yomi. But, my mother insisted to monitor my mission on her own which permitted as most members also do the same as her. The reason is that they can choose a mission that helps the disciples to grow more, and to avoid the mission that is detremential toward their growth. It is also the same for the mother.

Despite declaring me as an expert and being my mother, she after all also my master. It is not just a formality and cover for us to be in the Yami/Yomi, but a real relationship. Also, despite declaring me as an expert and making me no longer under her protection (if we are talking purely about master-disciple relation, and ignoring the familial bond), it is still between my right as her disciple to ask for her advice, and her right as my master to monitor me. And so, she still can assign me to do the mission.

This is also a way for us to cover our tracks as spies in their organization. After all, I can't reject all the missions they've given. So mother will directly screen my mission options, and give me which mission that okay to do, while also avoiding the one morally wrong.

One last thing, Becoming Expert Stage mean the practitioner already finished mastering all the techniques, so they are no longer training under their master anymore, and no longer protected by their master anymore
