63 years in Konoha!

Moonlight Rain stood before the ninja school gate, gazing at the comprehensive test results posted.

He spotted his name in the one hundred and seventieth place.

He sighed silently, turned away from the crowd, and made his way home. Graduation was only a few months away, and Shi Yu felt a sense of helplessness. He thought he could become someone important in the ninja world if he excelled.

However, it had been twelve years since he arrived in this world. He was the same age as Naruto, even in the same class. But as a transmigrant, he was just average. His ninjutsu skills were middling, physical abilities were average, and his chakra control was ordinary. Everything about him was just... average. Except for his good looks, which could rival Sasuke's, he didn't stand out in any way.

The only solace was that he was easy on the eyes and familiar with the main characters of the story. Perhaps, even if he lacked strength, he could count on Naruto, the future Hokage, to look out for him.

They provided him with a monthly allowance, and even his ninja school fees were covered by them. Apart from the money, his parents had left him a small house with three bedrooms and one living room. It wasn't spacious, but it was more than enough for Shi Yu to live alone.

He opened the refrigerator, grabbed a can of soda, and took a long sip. After drinking most of it in one go, Shi Yu returned to his room and lay on the bed, gazing at the ceiling in a daze.

"It seems that after graduation, I can only live an ordinary life as a subordinate," he mused.

Suddenly, a mysterious sound rang out, startling Shi Yu. He sat up abruptly, his heart racing.

"Is this... the system I've been waiting for?" Shi Yu exclaimed.

He noticed the Passive Skill slots were all empty.

"How do I install passive skills, and what's the point?" Shi Yu wondered aloud.

Shi Yu chuckled at the idea of eating and drinking water as skills.

"Is wiping my own backside a skill too?" he mused.

"Seriously?" Shi Yu exclaimed, incredulous.

"Get out of here!" he exclaimed. "Wiping your own backside is a premium skill now?"

Shi Yu was exasperated, unsure of the usefulness of these skills.

"Why is butt wiping a premium skill? Shouldn't it be a basic life skill?" he quipped.

Now Shi Yu felt somewhat helpless. This remaining Skill Bar module didn't seem reliable at all.
