Yang Ruoqian sat in front of his computer, flipping through resumes one by one. He had taken on some responsibilities from the HR department—mainly concerning the selection of candidates for managerial positions. He needed to personally review them to ensure the right choices.

Betrayal from a junior employee hurt Yang Ruoqian more deeply than backstabbing from a fellow manager. The company had recently acquired a pile of industries and was gearing up for a major film production. This required a substantial workforce, and these employees needed effective management.

He had to find a few individuals capable of taking on significant responsibilities. Under the guidance of experienced employees, they would help steer the company through challenging times.
