Chapter 13 (New Jutsu)

Luckily Jiraiya-sensei didn't use the body flicker jutsu or our strategy would have been pointless. Though he was most likely going to use the substitution jutsu because he was fighting new Genin kids. Luckily he underestimated us otherwise we would be in a tough position.

As I gathered chakra around my body, I saw Jiraiya suddenly appear in front of me with a shocked face. He had realized what was going on but it was too late. I slightly swung my arms around and a chakra sphere appeared with me as the center. It was two meters from me to the sphere which was rotating in a clock-wise direction. He jumped back slight dodging my attack.

As it appeared I instantly poured fire- nature chakra into it and my jutsu appeared.

"Fire style: high velocity rotation!" I announced as the blue chakra sphere suddenly turned into a rotating burning ball of extreme high temperatures. It expanded at an alarming rate. Before I knew it it expanded up to ten meters in less than two seconds.

I had warned Minato and Fugaku to retreat to a distance if sensei actually substituted but I didn't know what had happened to Jiraiya.

I was really out of breath as I didn't expect him to dodge before I put fire chakra so I had to use more chakra to make it expand more and faster.

This was my original jutsu, mixing eight tiagram: rotation and my fire-nature chakra. I didn't know what rank it was. Besides this I only knew a few C rank jutsu and one B rank fire style jutsu I had learned from the Uchiha twins. And of course D ranks like the body flicker.

As I stood in the mess left by my destructive jutsu, trying to catch my breath, Minato and Fugaku suddenly rushed towards me. A slightly burnt body lay before us. We had beat a Jonin.

"Did you get him" said Minato as he looked at the body from a distance. Fugaku went to the body to pick the bells but as he approached, the body turned into smoke with a *poof* sound leaving us surprised.

"You all pass. Good teamwork by the way I'm impressed" came a voice from behind us. Minato and Fugaku were surprised but I wasn't. I knew my attack wasn't enough to defeat the mighty Jiraiya.

"But we didn't get the bells!" Exclaimed a surprised Minato.

"I wanted to test your teamwork, the rest of the conditions were lies to pressure you" he said as the wind long spiky white hair waved to the gentle breeze.

Minato and Fugaku were happy but Fugaku was trying to hide this smirk which wasn't working. Seeing them I just yawned and also pretended to be happy.

"See you at the East gate in two days at six" Jiraiya said as I instantly turned around and started walking. After a few minutes of walking I stopped and looked at a certain bush intently.

"Impressive that you noticed me" Jiraiya said as he walked out of the bush.

"It's not like you were trying to hide" I replied nonchalantly like always.

"Well true" he said laughing, "but you are quite strong for a Genin"

"So what do you want, make it quick because I'm feeling really sleepy" I said lazily.

"Nothing much just wanted you protect the others if I'm not around" he said as he started walking. After a few steps he flickered away.

After that I went to find Kushina who had also passed her test and we spent the rest of the day doing stupid stuff.
