Strange Energy Part - 04

As soon as he called Minerva most of the particles gathering around him scattered as if they were scared. But that does not mean that they disappeared. They still lingered around Shiro but they maintained a certain distance from him.

"Interesting." Shiro became amused at the behavior of the light particles.

"These things are behaving like they are alive." Rin appeared in her chibi holographic form and commented.

"Like scared little kids." Arturia appeared at the other side.

"Shiro did you call me?" Minerva appeared silently and asked Shiro if he summoned her.

"Yes Minerva can you tell me anything about these particles." Shiro asked Minerva the question that has been bothering him the most that is, if Minerva knows what these particles are.

"Shiro what particles are you talking about?" Minerva became puzzled at Shiro's question.

"You mean you can't see theses glowing particles floating around everywhere in this room?" Shiro could not understand why Minerva could not see what he was seeing.

"Even Arturia and Rin can see them you know?" Since Arturia and Rin could see what he could, Shiro thought Minerva could also see them.

"I am sorry but I can not see what you are talking about. But I do see occasional light but those can be considered normal since I can sometimes see them with the Ship's cameras and everything I see is through the ship's cameras." Minerva apologized to Shiro as she could not see what he could. As she could only sees what the ship's camera sees. As Minerva did not have any physical body. "But I can guess why the girls can see what you are seeing. It maybe because they share your senses that they can experience what you are experiencing. And they do see what you see am I wrong in assuming that?" Minerva put forward a possible theory for why the girls could see what Shiro was seeing.

"I guess. Right girls?" Shiro agreed and asked the girls to confirm this.

""Yes."" Both Rin and Arturia answered Simultaneously.

"So I think what you and the girls are seeing maybe related to your eyes." Minerva continued after getting the confirmation.

"My eyes? What is wrong with my eyes?" Shiro became puzzled at what Minerva said.

"I guess you do not feel anything. Since it is like that I guess it is better for you to see for yourself than me explaining to you." Minerva said and waved her right hand in front of Shiro and a screen appeared similar to the mirror Shiro looked at before. "Please look at the mirror screen and take a look at your eyes and see the difference." Minerva asked Shiro to look at the screen and see for himself what happened to his eyes.

Shiro listened to Minerva and looked at his eyes in the screen. "What the hell!! What happened to my eyes?" Shiro became surprised as he looked at his own eyes. His blue eyes were glowing in a golden multi colored glow. (AN: Kind of like the eyes of Setsuna from Gundam 00 and the particles think of them as similar to GN particles but much more colorful.)

"They are beautiful." Arturia looked at Shiro's eyes and exclaimed.

"Hmm Hmm" Rin strongly nodded her head.

"Beautiful? To me it seems like they are not even my eyes anymore. It feels so alien and inhuman." Shiro could not accept what his eyes has become.

"Shiro you are wrong. Those are indeed your eyes. And those eyes of yours have a certain charm to it." Rin assured him and praised his eyes.

"Shiro I think the changes in your eyes are related to the changes in your body and the foreign energy that entered in your body when we entered this universe." Arturia gave a possible reason why Shiro's eyes might have changed the way it has.

"Shiro it is quite possible that what Arturia is suggesting is what happened to your body. So I suggest that you get used to your body slowly and do not react too negatively to the changes happening to your body. After all you still haven't gotten used to your current body and do not know what other changes happened to it." As Shiro's body was modified and he is not used to it Minerva suggested Shiro to not panic and and slowly get used to the changes and find out what are the changes that happened.

"I guess you are right I'll have to find out what other changes occurred to my body." Shiro agreed to what Minerva said. "Since you guys told me about the unknown energy and the particles are may be related then these things are quite possibly the same energy that entered my body or has a similar properties to it."

"Yes that is indeed possible." Minerva agreed to what Shiro said as there were no other possible explanation for this at the moment.

"Then is it possible for the ship's sensors to detect them and confirm whether or not these are indeed something like a energy or not?" Shiro asked Minerva if it was possible for Aurora to detect the particles even though it was not possible to see it.
