Marimo Part - 02

"Minerva can you please make it so that the image we are receiving filters out the light that is hindering our visibility?" The green light that was being emitted by the device even though it was not that bright but was bright enough to hinder the visibility of the actual device whether it was intentionally designed like that or not was not known. But since it was a hindrance Shiro asked Minerva to make it so that the image is devoid of such hindrance.

"It is possible. I will just add some filters and remove the light as much as possible." Minerva started to use some filters to remove the light as much as possible. Slowly the light's intensity became quite mild almost non existence but there was still a very mild glow. But this should not be a problem for the visibility.

"That's much better." Shiro felt satisfied after looking at the image which became much clear. "Can you please zoom in a bit."

"Zooming in on the the object." Minerva zoomed in on the device so that Shiro can have a better look at it.

"Stop." Shiro asked Minerva to stop after she zoomed enough, "How odd." Shiro muttered in astonishment.

"What happened Shiro? Did you find something interesting?" Rin asked Shiro after hearing his mutter.

"Look carefully on the surface of the box." Shiro urged Rin to look on the surface of the box containing the device.

"Ok." Rin focused and looked carefully. After looking carefully she noticed something on the surface of the box. "What are those things? These looks like some sort of markings or letters. What the hell? And they are even glowing." What Rin saw were letters and markings on the filling each and every corner of the surface of the box. Those letters were glowing ever so slightly. You would not notice if you did not look carefully. And even if you look from a Distance you would not be able to tell there were something on the box's surface. The box's surface from a distance would appear smooth and clean unless you were looking carefully.

"See? those are strange. And they looks' like some type of ancient ritual script or in this case some weird circuit lines, I guess." As the letters were arranged in a way that resembled old vertical ritual scripts Shiro compared the with those scripts. But then again these symbols were carrying some type of energy within them like a circuit line so they were probably a type of circuit line that was not known to men. At least that's what Shiro thought.

"Well there is no point in thinking about something that we can not figure out at present." As they were not aware of what system these letters or markings came from and what mechanism they were following, Shiro decided to leave it for later. "Let's take a look at the rest of the device. Minerva can you focus on the interior of the box?" Shiro asked Minerva to focus on the interior of the box so that it was visible what was inside. It was possible to see inside the box as it was transparent enough.

"Affirmative." Minerva shifted the focus of the camera from the exterior of the device to the interior of the device.

"This is really fascinating. There is no doubt that this thing here is alien. Humans of this time are not capable of creating something something like this. But how the hell does this thing function though?" As Shiro took a closer look at the device he became astonished at what he was seeing.

Inside the box there were three disk shaped object and two red crystal. Both of the crystals had two pointed end one on the bottom and the other on the top. One end of each of the crystals were situated on the both side of the disk situated in the middle. And the other end of each crystals were connected with the middle of the other two disk shaped objects. All of the disks were spinning very rapidly while emitting a mild green glow.

"Minerva can you please slow down the video i want to see if those disks also has something written on them like the the outer shell of the box." As the three disks were spinning very rapidly it was impossible to see what they actually looked like so Shiro asked Minerva to slow down the footage they were receiving to clearly see what it was.
