STRESS

Dear reader , i know how you feel ...

I know your mind blasts with intrusive thoughts , your mind is super worried about the future that is near you. you get irritated easily even through no one said anything . you stress out on small things,you feel like you going to a peaceful area , sit alone so that you can breath. 

you keep on having headaches, but dont worry the stress is temporary , i know you just need to breath and improve your lifestyle . 

i know you have a lot of responsibilities you need to fulfill, your life is hectic, you want someone to talk but also dont want to lishen to moral lectures or there boring way of explaining its normal, even though you already know that .

there is a positive way thing about stress , a small amount of stress can help you to complete tasks and feel more energised. but, stress can become a problem if it lasts for a long time or is very intense . 

if not treated can change into anxiety or depression or a traumatic period of stress might lead to [PTSD], post - traumatic stress disorder

stress is a good and a bad thing , life is full of things to make you feel better , somtimes a hug from your family or loved one is enough
