He has to marry atleast 5 brides now probably because of Pendragon, Emrys ,Lefay, peverall and the house of flamel too as he is now adopted and he has to give an independent successor.

The goblin king said as soon as he wore the ring on his hand the conditions are activated. Andrew stayed there and looked at the flamels then said," Hannah will be very sad when she hear this. She considers me as her only loved one in this world. If she knows this she'll heartbroken. What should I do now?".

They won't acceot the same bloodline of the descandents to be chosen as the successors, so if even if you have the 5 descandents from a person they won't consider the one as heir until only one of them is left for future generations. In other words, tehy need to kill themselves in future for a single in order for all the houses. You're an exceptional case as you're the only descendant to meet the conditions of the houses. The others from your bloodline didn't meet the basic requirements of the wards. So you need to strive fro the houses you're chosen as the heir. And what is bothering you so much? Isn't noble people followed polygamy in order to let the bloodline continue. And you're a man too heir Pendragon no less the heir to legendary houses".

Andrew has a headache, initially he thought there won't be any more trouble and he can live with Hannah only but now there is a condition like this. Hannah will definitely be hurt after she heard this.
