After several considerations, he thought of adding a protective feature to his arsenal, which was definitely going to be useful in hunting adventures...
Although he had the lightning shield, which could render pretty much protection, how about a sudden attack from behind while he might be battling a lot of forces in front of him?
This was why he had to bring up something to guard himself... At least an armor put on can decrease the effectiveness of an attack, or perhaps, can even stop it.
Seven knew that the armor wouldn't be that fierce since he only got a low-level one... Sure, ten thousand Ultima Coins was a lot of money, but it was pretty low for the price of a real impenetrable armor...
