ghost rider in one piece

Diesel always knew he wanted to be strong but unlike most he put in the work. Despite coming from nothing he mastered martial art after martial art and strengthened his body till he couldn't anymore, he had hit earth's mortal limit and he couldn't break free no matter how hard he tried. He had always liked comics and manga where people could perform superhuman feats. He longed for the chance to be like them and to gain true power. Finally his despair caught the attention of a higher being who immediately became impressed someone got to such a level in such a place as earth. So he gave him 3 wishes as his way of rewarding such resilience and heart to march forward as Diesel did. Diesel chose to reincarnate into his favorite anime world (one piece) as his favorite hero ghost rider (devil fruit obviously). join Diesel as he grows ever stronger and punishes evil along the way to the pinnacle of power. this is my first time writing so grammar will probably suck sorry. probably wont be exactly canon but I'm not planning on changing a lot. Also might get kinda dark given the nastiness that is the world government and evil pirates. fact is ghost rider is basically tailor made to literally send such characters straight to hell. Also Diesel is a man so there might be a lady or 2 here and there but no harem. Disclaimer: I dont own one piece obviously
