How should I describe Jean Gunnhildr? Her personality isn't my type as she's too strict. However, the thought of dominating a woman like her will be satisfying. Right?
Plus she's blonde and thus a plus point for me. I'm into blonde girls, you see... Okay, that's a lie. I'm willing to accept any hair color as long it's pleasing to the eyes.
Jean Gunnhildr. Just wait for me girl.
...
Up in the sky, Lumine chased Dvalin. Yep, you heard me right. Dvalin who was chasing Lumine up earlier was now the mouse chased by a kitty.
I think that Drunkard Trap could not handle it anymore. Seeing his friend in a state he could not accept made him hard, for hard to control his pain and sadness. That sounds strange. Anyway.
Finally after hours of fighting. Dvalin roared. His roar was so loud, I could feel the ground vibrating. Such might, How will we defeat him in the future?
In the Game, we can easily fight with mechanics but, this world is not a game. At our current level, confronting that dragon is suicide.
Ugh, Strategizing isn't my forte. I should leave it to the smart ones.
"Hey, look Storm Terror is flying away. Hooray! We won!" Barbara jumps up and down in joy.
"Oh Barbatos, thanks for protecting us." After celebrating, she clasped her hands together and prayed.
Oh, he is protecting us. If he does not, he will lose your precious faith. Though, I don't think he would mind losing faith. But his existence would be in jeopardy if he didn't at least have a little faith from his followers.
The other nuns and priests also clasped their hands together. Even some of Vision Holders did the same. I could hear them murmur some things I didn't understand and I don't think I plan to involve myself with religions.
Dvalin's pained roar resounded through mondstadt. Just as everyone thinks Luminr will slay the Dragon. Lumine stopped halted mid-air and did not chase Dvalin anymore.
"Why did she stop?"
"Get rid of Stormterror, we can't let it go and cause another ruckus again."
"Don't just stop there girl, Kill it."
The bystanders at the back voiced their anger and insults to Dvalin. Poor Dvalin, he was Guardian of Mondstadt but now, the citizens think of him as a terror beast that haunts everyone.
Shaking my head. I can't help but sympathize with that dragon. He doesn't deserve this treatment. Corroded by abyssal poison, his mind thinks he was abandoned by the Anemo Archon and Mondstadt, and he seeks revenge. It's not like I agree with his plan to create a catastrophe.
The abyssal corrosion is very cruel over time. The mind cannot think clearly and will have evil thoughts.
I sure don't want that to happen to me.
I look up and watch Lumine fly towards us. She looks ethereal angel descending from heaven. She seemed to notice me as she descended in front of me. She is wearing a beautiful smile.
"Nice job."
"Yeah. Someone helped me." Lumine answered. Her smile brightened. It was just a simple compliment but she's very happy.
"How did you fly? Lumine!" Paimon floated around Lumine as she asked eagerly.
"I don't know. I hear a voice and they help me. I wanted to thank them but I don't know who they are." Shaking her head left and right. She said so.
"Someone helped you?! Does that mean they are stronger than Stormterror? Who are they?" Paimon with a shocked expression exclaimed.
"I don't think we have someone like that powerful in Mondstadt." Jean voices out her thoughts."Kaeya, can you investigate this matter? I wanted to know who they are."
"Master Jean, are you sure we can find this person? You know they are very powerful and if they don't want to be discovered, there is nothing we can do." Kaeya appeared suddenly. His entrance was corny as f*ck. Some girls squealed when he appeared. Ugh, what's so amazing about him?
He does look handsome but I don't like his mysterious aura around him. Tsk.
"You have a point. I just want to thank them for protecting the city of freedom, Mondstadt. I would like to reward them." Jean gave a thought before sighing. "Well, if we can't find them. Let's reward this girl here for her bravery." She looked at Lumine.
"Lumine I thank you for helping us. If it weren't for your bravery, I'm afraid the city would not be standing tomorrow." Jean grabbed Lumine's hand and shook it.
"You don't have to thank me. I did what anyone would do and also, it's a borrowed power." Lumine isn't a shameless person who would take credit. She's honest and has integrity.
"No, you're wrong. You've been chosen by a powerful being and it shows how much they saw something from you." Jean was pretty adamant.
"I see." Lumine is someone who can't decline someone's seriousness. She always tries to help those who are in need.
"Why don't we celebrate first before going into boring stuff." Barbara interrupted. Her expression was plain and dull. "I want to sing and dance. The citizens are waiting for me."
She just helped Lumine in a tight spot. Jean did not reprimand her sister this time. Perhaps she's already had enough of her mischief. 'Why are young ones so hard to manage? Ugh, Why did Father give such a task to him? I'm no babysitter.' she thought. But her expression is unchanged.
As for Barbara, She thinks highly of her Elder Sister, and she thinks she is great. She wants to gain her sister's attention but when she observes her sister's life, she cannot believe it. Such a strict and rigid way of life made Barbara's expression contorted. She vowed to in her mind to change her sister's rigid schedule.
Lisa introduced the new faces to me and Lumine plus Paimon.
"Ronan, Let me introduce some people. He is Albedo, the Chief Alchemist of our Knight of Favonius. He is also the person who invented that magical device that protects the city and the bombs we use in the ruins." Lisa gestured for Albedo to come over.
"Miss Lisa, I appreciate you introducing me. Hello, Ronan right? It seemed to me, that your life is very good." Albedo glances at Lisa latching on me and my arms around their waist. Eula remained expressionless.
"Yeah, it does. I'm very pleased." I shamelessly nodded my head.
"But, I heard some unfortunate rumors from others." He then pointed at the people from the Imunlaukr clan.
"Rumors are rumors. It can't change reality."
"I like your mindset, Ronan. As an Alchemist, I pursue the truth and put the theories to test if they are real or not. Words that come from the mouth may not be necessarily the truth."
"Speaking of Alchemy. Your bombs were very helpful. I think I took too much of them." I feel a little nervous.
"I heard about that. I'm very pleased with the result. There are many capable Alchemist with me and someone who provides the main ingredients." Albedo chuckled as he was happy his invention was put to use. "By the way, this is Sucrose, my assistant. If you need help with Alchemy you can ask her. I'm not usually at Mondstadt." He pulled the green-haired half-human girl with glasses. She was looking down and not looking at us.
She looks very nervous and fidgety. She kept pressing her forefingers together as her cheeks turned blushing red. "H-H-H-H-Hellup!"
She bit her tongue.
