Chapter 119: Lord please save my child !

Gladys was at her besuty shop when sherecieved a call from a new number.

She got it. " Hello, This is Gladys Beauty Shop. " She said.

" Are youa family member to Alyssa Stuart ? " The unfamiliar voice asked.

" Yes. Who is this ? " Gladys asked.

" This is Babyland Hospital. Your daughter just got an accident just got an accident. " The person informed.

On hearing this, Gladys' hands becamw weak and the phone dropped from her hands.

" Ma'am, What's wrong ? " One of her workers asked on seeing Gladys like this.

" My daughter..." Gladys managed to speak as tears found their way out from her eyes. Before the servant added anything Gladys rushed for her car keys and rushed to the hospital.

Calcel finally reached the Hotel May had made an appointment from. When he reached he found May seated alone.

" Where is Alyssa ? " He asked noticing her absence.

" She told me she was on the way. Let me call her. " May said and got her phone to ring Alyssa while Calcel say down.

The phone went through when someone picked it.

" Alyssa, What's taking you long ? " May asked.

" Sorry Ms , The owner of this phone got into a car accident and she has been taken to the hospital.." Whoever answered said.

' My plan was successful. ' May said innery and then turned to look at Calcel as she put a fake sad face.

" What's wrong ? " Calcel asked.

" Alyssa got into an accident. " May declared and release crocodile tears.

" .. May.....are....uou...crazy. How can that happen ? " Calcel started with a low tone and then raised his voice.

" Someone picked the phone and informed me. " May said showing sympathy.

" Bring that phone ! " Calcel said and snatched away the phone from May.

He called the same number impatiently as he passed his hands through his hair.

" Where is Alyssa ? " She shouted as soon as Whoever picked the phone recieved the call.

" The owner of this phone has been hospitalised after an accident.."

" Which hospital ? "

" Baby land. " On hearing this Calcel threw the phone back to May and ran away like a mad person.

He got into his car amd started it. May also followed after him and started her car.

At Babyland Hospital.

Gladys came running along the corridor after having been directed to the room Alyssa had been taken to. She was told that they were in operation rooms amd she had to wait amd comfirm who her daughter was.

The doctors came from the first operation room and Gladys ran to them

" Where is my daughter ? " She asked holding the Doctor's hands.

" They were two of them Whose mother are you ? " Asked the nurse that had accompanied the Doctor.

" Alyssa. " Gladys answered.

" She is still in the operation room. " The nurse answered.

" Will she be fine ? " Gladys asked in tears.

" According to the driving permit and the ID we found with her, She was the one driving and she was baldy injured and we are sorry we could not save the child.But we they are still working on her. " The Doctor said.

" So my grand child is gone ? " Gladys questioned getting another shock.

" We are sorry. It seems like the truck aimed at her amd she was really injured. " Said the nurse.

" How about the other girl she was with ? " Asked Gladys.

" Here she is ! " Gladys had just asked when they brought her out of the one they took for Marvis from the operational room. Her whole body was covered with bandages and Gladys couldn't see the face.

" Marvis wasn't that badly injured. But she got a miscarriage as well. "

" Why is her face covered ? What if she is my daughter ? " Gladys asked.

" Don't be confused ma'am. There faces were all baldy injured so in order to differentiate them, We checked the ID's each of them had. And we confirmed that the one who was driving is Alyssa because she had the ID , the driving permit and the car she was driving was hers. " Explained the doctor.

" The please save my daughter. She is all that I have. " Gladys begged.

" Don't worry. The other doctors will do their job very well. " The doctor said and walked away with his group.

Gladys stayed there in worry and she was still standing like that when the other group of doctors also came out from the next operation room.

" Is Alyssa inside ? " Gladys asked with the same worried face.

" We have operated her but she is still in a bad condition. She will need more attention and medication. " Said the doctor.

" Can I go to see her please ? " Gladys requested.

" You wait until she is transferred to the operational room. " Said the doctor amd he left with his group.

Gladys released more tears not believing what was happening at that time.

She sat down on a waiting bench and said.

" God , I know I have not a good mother to Alyssa. If you are doing this to punish me please don't do it this way. Save my child. She is the only child I have. And my husband, If you are in heaven please don't take my child. Take me first. Please save my child. " She cried helplessly as she made her prayer.

She said this not knowing the Marvis was the one who had been actually hurt. Just because the two girls had exchanged their personal documents, The people who rescued them took them to be what was on their documents.

They thought that Alyssa was Marvis and vise versa. It was indeed hard since both the girls had the same height and size. To make matters worse Marvis had styled her hair as Alyssa and she was in Alyssa's dress. Besides that all the girls were pregnant almost in the range. They had the same skin tone just that Alyssa was lighter. Amd besides that , It was Alyssa's car that Marvis was driving.

It was indeed very complicated and whatever happened today was really total trouble.

Gladys was still seated when she saw Calcel coming towards her. He was actually running and panting.
