Eve's POV

   Monday morning. I woke up earlier than usual. I need to run to boost my energy and stamina. Just like before I run inside the woods testing my luck and there it was again, the loud growl of the animal as if it was waiting for me to come back. I don't know what it was and I am getting curious about it.

   I took another direction. I need to test my theory. I run to where the path of the Sanchez house is and I didn't hear the loud growl. It means whatever that thing is, it is guarding that place. My curiosity took another notch and I promise to myself I will find out what that path leads to.

   I went home after my run and saw Annalee busy preparing breakfast.

   "Oh, Eve your back!... Go and wash up, it's your first day in school!". She said smiling at me and I just nod at her.

   I took a quick shower and blow dry my hair. Took a baby tee that hugs my firmed body, a rip jeans and then took my favorite oversized hoodie. Then hide my long hair inside my favorite beanie. I looked at the mirror and see the old me after I put my customized nerd big dim glasses. I don't like people looking at my weird eyes. Aftet feeling satisfied I went back to the kitchen.

   "OMG!.... What happened to the clothes we bought yesterday?". Amy asked with eyes wide open in disbelief.

   "I always roll with these babies!". I said to her then gave her a mischievous grin.

   "Let her be sweetheart, if she's comfortable of what she's wearing that's fine". Annalee said then winked at me.

   "I agree. Why need to put a lot of effort in your looks, you are just going to school". Suddenly John enters the kitchen and said those words.

   "But Eve is so pretty, I want other people to see it too!". Amy protest. Well she really do dress well without an effort.

   "Well if she dress really pretty, boys might take her away instantly and you will lose your sister early. You haven't spend a lot of time with her yet, right?". Annalee said while preparing our pack lunch and breakfast.

   Amy think for a moment and then pout. "I think you look cute with your outfit today". Then she smiled.

   Annalee looked at me then suddenly wink. I smiled at the thought of Amy wants to cling at me like a kid to her big sister. I really like her a lot. Besides I never had a sister before, only me and Maya.

   "C'mon now girls.... I will drop you to your school". John said after we took a bite of our breakfast.

   Central Banes High.

   The school is quite big and a lot of students are walking back and forth while others are loitering around near the entrance.

   John drop us in front of the school and Amy hurriedly drag me to somewhere I don't know.

   "Hurry!". She said.

   "Hurry to where?". I asked confusedly.

   "To the parking lot".

   "Why?".

   "You will see why later". And I saw a hint of a mischievous smile on her face.

   The parking lot is crowded, mostly with female students who were chattering and giggling. They dressed nicely but for some, they dressed to impress. Central Banes High don't have any uniform. You can dress up as long as it still decent.

  Four expensive cars drove to the empty parking lot. The first two cars parked to a reserve space with green arrow marking on the ground while the other two cars parked at the space with a red arrow. Then four people came out from each car. That's when the screaming starts. I closed my eyes and covered my ears. I wasn't expecting something like this to happen so early in the morning. These group of girls screamed as if their favorite idol or actors came for them. My poor eardrums, they almost shattered.

   My attention was caught and landed at Amy who was clasping her hands like she was praying in silent. At least she's sensible enough not to scream her lungs out, I thought to myself. When I saw her eyes lit I chuckled. Seems like her prayers have been answered. I look forward to the direction of those cars while smirking and was surprised. My breath halted as I uttered the words.... "OH MY FUCKING GOD!".

   Eight gorgeous guys are now walking to our direction. But I noticed the two men who were leading each seven people as if they are in groups. These two guys can be called Male-Gods. They are fucking HOT!.

   When the first group almost near us the guy who were leading them stopped in front of us. He is very tall like probably 6'3" in height. He have a smokey gray eyes and a dimple on his right cheek. It showed when he flash his winning smile to us.

   "Hey, Amy!". He said in a deep voice.

   "Hey, Aiden!". Amy gave him a little wave. Her face flush red. And I chuckle.

   The guy named Aiden looked at me. I know he can't see my whole face because he is towering us. I am only 5'3" in height while Amy stands at 5'2". Lucky me I'm way taller than her.

   "She's Eve my cousin/sister. She just transferred here". She quickly explained to him and I just saw him nod.

   "Later". He said and they walked pass us.

   When the second group walked towards us. Amy bow her head and my eyebrows knitted in wonder. He throw us a glance and I easily noticed his forest green eyes. The most captivating eyes I've ever seen in my life.

   After all the Male-Gods pass over us that's when I noticed sharp glances coming from the other female students. I feel like they wanted to shred us in pieces. I grabbed Amy's arm and drag her out of the place quickly.
