Evil and Troubled

Demyan

When my eyes finally forced themselves to open, I let out a breath in relief when I felt some life flood back into my body as it also did not ache so much. I had a headache but I guessed that was because of all my crying so I was not too surprised.

I welcomed the familiar look of the bedroom with open arms. Ethan had really never been one to change decor. My heart fell instantly. I sat up in the bed and frantically looked around for him, "Ethan! Ethan!" I climbed off the bed not even knowing where to run to but I went straight for the door.

"Demyan," he called out as he walked out of the bathroom instead with a towel wrapped around his waist. I ran for him and collided against him as I hugged him tightly. He let out a chuckle as he wrapped his arms around me, "What's wrong?"

"I thought you left," I cried as I looked up to him.
