A few minutes of paperwork later, having successfully gotten his adventurer pass, Cillian left the guild and started exploring the city, trying to find some lodging and a place to eat.

While walking around, Cillian thought about his immediate future, specially how he plans on getting stronger:

'Right now I have a few options, but only two of them are realistic. On one hand I could follow a god and get a falna, it's the safest route but it probably limits future potential and, I'd also get under the radar of the reincarnator as an unknown element assuming he has knowledge of this world. On the other hand I could take a risk and improve on my own with the group chat, the admin and gold gifts I received.'

'Great Sage, what do you suggest?'

[Statement: The most efficient option of completing the mission is to continue fully with current power system. It is important to note that master's current abilities have supremely high potential, immeasurable by 'Unique Skill: Great Sage'.

Report: Getting a falna would not be detrimental. It would also not stand to give substantial benefits.

Statement: With sufficient proficiency on 'Basic Body Refining Scripture', 'Basic Observation Haki' and 'Cursed Technique: Dismantle and Cleave', master can reach the pinnacle of power in the 'Danmachi Mortal Realm'.

Master's current body strength, considering this realms power system, is at low level 2. Although low level 2 is master's current body strength, due to sparse fighting experience, master can only contend with high level 1 adventurers.

Suggestion: It would bring maximum benefits if master continues his training routine and implements daily dungeon dives to improve fighting sense.]

'It seems getting a patron god would bring more trouble than it's worth. It's decided, I'll follow Great Sage's plan.'

While walking around aimlessly, Cillian found the multiversally renowned inn, the Hostess of Fertility.

Having spotted the most famous restaurant in danmachi, Hostess of Fertility, Cillian, who had always dreamt of being there, entered without hesitation and sat down in a corner of the inn eagerly awaiting for someone to take his order.

"Hi I'm Anya, what can I getnyaa~?"

"Can I get the dish of the day and a room upstairs for a week?"

Looking at a slightly immature but non the less handsome man, Anya replied with a slightly flustered face:

"surenyaa~"

After eating what could be considered the best meal in his life and paying for a room for the duration of the following week with breakfast and dinner included, Cillian went to his room and continued practicing his observation haki, sensing most of the inn.

'...Seems like I'm not main character material... Not even a single person tried to bother my meal, even though I'm obviously new here...'

'Anyways, Great Sage, what is my observation haki mastery?'

[Report: Masters 'Basic Observation Haki' is at 22%']

*Sigh* 'At least it went up slightly since I got it.'

Upon doing a quick scan of the group chat history, Cillian figured out that most of the messages were from Kazuma trying to figure out how 'magical' worlds worked and Mereoleona and Zoro losing their patience with him.

[Journey to Perfection: Well, the world I'm currently at has gods who have descended to the mortal plane due to boredom, world ending monsters, a super lucky white bunny and a huge dungeon in which adventurers go in, risking their lives, for all kinds of reasons, fame, glory, money, power, revenge, even love.

[King of Hell: ...]

[Lord of Gender Equality: ...Anyways, since you're the admin, do you have any idea of the future of this group chat Cillian?]

[Journey to Perfection: Honestly this role was kind of forced upon me and no information has been specifically granted to me. Although I have an idea of which direction this group chat is going.]

[Journey to Perfection: One of the "Main" quests in the near future will probably be concerning my current world, but that is a problem for later, there's not enough information to make assumptions for now. Anyhow, I've just come to see how everyone was doing. Unfortunately, I have to go.]

After resting for a bit while talking with the chat members, Cillian wanted to know his chances of beating the Apollo Familia Captain right now.

'Great Sage, what are the chances of the current me being able to beat Cole Snow?'

[Report: According to the information from the anime and the rumours circulating around, master's chances rest at a solid 1,5%]

'Why does it seem as though your tone changed to a little more humorous one Great Sage?'

[Report: It's just your imagination]

'Hmmm... regardless, according to what Great Sage said, what I lack right now are instincts. It's decided, tomorrow I'm going to the dungeon!'

If someone were to look at Cillian now, they would see a small but delighted smile plastered on his face as if something satisfying just happened. Even he himself was unaware he was making such an expression or else he would have been surprised by the amount of emotion he showed.
