Chapter 7 : Butterfly Crest (Part 1)

   When Ayden enter the dark room. There were a lot of candles place at the corner of the room and a small window. The room kinda look like a church. The mage from earlier were pouring oil and were shaped into magic circle.

"Well Ayden go to the middle of the circle please. " ask Heliodorus politely.

  Ayden went to the middle of the circle and sit there.

"What is this for? " asked Ayden out of curiosity.

"It's for summoning a class spirit Ayden." Replied Heliodorus.

"Didn't that we need like 5 to 10 mages to summon a single class spirit" said Ayden.

"Nope, this is my research. I'm trying to find a way to summon class spirit without many mages since our country are lack of magic education due to our undeveloped country with small lands. We need more lands in order to make this country more developed that's why we are joining this royal raiding. " explained Heliodorus.

"Well let's start our ritual shall we. Hey mr mage start cast the spell that I wrote for you." request Heliodorus.

"Sure thing master." Said that one alone mage.

  He began casting.

"Spirit of the warrior that have fallen. We are requesting for your strength and I beg of your soul to become one with the flesh, bone, heart and soul with the offering that we offer you in the middle of the holy Zisurrû. The contract that we made with the soul that we are requesting please lend us your agility, stealth and strength. Forgive us for disturbing your slumber.

  Right at the last word from the spell were said out. All fire from the candles that were placed at the sides of the the room flew towards the oil and lit the magic circle on fire and a crest mark that shaped like a butterfly appeared in the middle of the magic circle.

    Ayden just sit there unconscious while his eye opened. His sclera were black and his iris changed colour to blue.



      In Ayden subconscious mind state. He was in a temple with a really tall and high stairs. The temple were at the middle out of nowhere in a desert. The sky were half day half night. Thete were moon and also a sun in the sky. There were a lot of animal statue at the sides. Ayden's instict telling him to climb the stairs. As he started climbing he heard an explosion, fire, building crumbling noises. As soon as he reached the top. He went and opened the door. The were a menacing aura coming out of the room. And there. Ayden saw a figure with glowing blue eye, sitting there. Menacingly... Ayden wants to turn back but the door were suddenly shut off.

"I am your second personality. Your another temporary second soul until you decide to end the contract. Nyx . An assassin class spirit who will now serve you in exchange for living in the same vessel as yours."
