"God created the universe by combining the seven elements of the universe with his Word. He had created Light on the first day so that he could see. He built the Earth's foundations on the second day. He had produced the Waters on the Land on the third day. He had created the Winds of the Sky on the fourth day. He created the Shadow of the Night on the sixth day. He had given the man the Fire of Life on the sixth day. And on the seventh day, he put the cosmos so that he could rest." The tall man said to the young woman who was closing her eyes
"ARE YOU HEARING ME, YOUNG MISS?!?" said the tall man.
"AHHH!" yelled the young woman, who had been shocked by the Tall guy.
"Finally awake now, huh?" remarked the tall guy, crossing his arms.
"Uh-huh, yes I'm awake and I'm definitely listening to all the things that you have said," The young woman said nervously.
"Is it so?" the tall guy said, his tone doubtful.
"Yup, I was definitely listening to you," Said the nervous young woman.
"So, why were your eyes closed earlier?" The tall man asked.
"I um — I," the young woman responded, perhaps thinking of an excuse. "Ahhh, I remember now, I was in deep meditation"
"What kind of deep meditation?" The tall man said his tone was skeptical.
"I-I- was meditating about the secrets of the cosmos" The young woman smirked at the tall man.
"And what is the secret of the Cosmos?"
The young woman was now straining to respond to the tall man's query; she had been sound asleep the entire time, so she devised an excuse to get out of this position. She then came up with an idea...
"The universe's mysteries are filled with enormous furry..."
"Furry?" inquired the tall guy, puzzled.
"Cats," was the final thing out of her mouth, and she couldn't help but sweat bullets.
'What the hell did I just say!!' The young woman thought to herself.
The tall man adjusted his glasses and now has a scary look on his face, he was definitely furious about what that young woman just said.
"Young Miss," said the tall man while adjusting his glasses again with a plain look on his face.
"Yessss?" The young woman replied nervously.
"I have traveled across nations, cleared dungeons with my party in the past and you're telling me that the secrets of the cosmos that you thought of were filled with enormous furry CATS!?!," The tall man exclaimed.
"Oh, come on, I don't really need this study session, I don't like reading and such," she said annoyed.
"But you have no choice, since you started adventuring, your father said that I should educate you about the power of The Word so that you'll be much safer," The tall man explained.
"But Galand and the others are there to stay by my side so I'm pretty much in the safest place on Elpis." The young woman said nonchalantly while shrugging.
"But what if you get separated from their party huh?" The tall man said while furrowing his brow.
The young woman then fell silent not knowing how to answer the question of the tall man.
"I..-We are just trying to keep you safe from harm if you really want to go adventuring." said the tall man seriously.
"I know," The young woman said while lowering her head.
"Let's just wrap this up for today, you don't need to come back tomorrow," The tall man said.
"You're leaving?" The young woman said confused.
"Yes, I will be accompanying your father to go to the capital Kingdom of Musclelonia to meet with the Archon himself." The tall man said with a solemn look.
"The Archon huh?" she then pauses and then continues, "Oh Okay, I'm going to tell father to give you a vacation too," She then smiled.
"Tsk, you just want me to go for a while so that you could not attend my classes!" The tall man exclaimed.
"Hehe, No no, It's for your hard work," the young woman said smiling, then added " Probably"
He almost busted a vein when the young woman said that, but he stopped himself...
'It's not worth it; this is why you chose not to have children, so please calm down,' the tall guy thought.
He then took a deep breath and left the room,
The young woman then chuckled after seeing the Tall man leave the room with silence.
The young woman called "Angelica Courtenay" was the daughter of a nobleman from Miguelia, She has lovely blonde hair and blue eyes, an exquisite body form that is perfectly curved but lacking some points on her breast, which is perhaps the only flaw in her attractiveness, and an innocent smile that draws people in. Her father was a Count and governor of the City called Ethyl. Angelica was highly energetic, especially around individuals she loved, and her pets would sometimes hide from her. The reason she has been seeking to master the Power of The Word is that she began adventuring and her father was concerned that she may be wounded and that's why the tall man was assigned to teach her the way of The Word.
The tall man was called "Arthur Fredrick", He was a middle-aged man with a tall body, combat-ready physique, and the battered face of a warrior. He was a well-known adventurer and dungeon crawler in the Kingdom of Miguelia until he retired after being shot in the knee by a poisoned arrow. Galand, the leader of the militia in the noble house of Courtenay, brought him back to health after that confrontation. Because Galand had saved his life he vowed loyalty to the great house of Courtenay.
After that, she also left the room and headed to the chambers of her Father,
....
Angelica arrived at the front of the door of her father's room, she then proceeds to open the door...
As soon as she walked into the room, she noticed her father composing a letter, which he finished and placed on a giant eagle that was lying idle in his window.
"Father, I just heard from Arthur that you'll be traveling for the Kingdom of Musclelonia tomorrow," she asked after the giant eagle had flown away.
"Ah yes, my daughter," her father smiled, "I shall be departing for a time to see his grace." "Would you like me to purchase a Musclelonia souvenir for you?"
"How long will you be gone?"Angelica said,
"Lord Adonais will discuss something very important as far as I heard so..." Her Father then grabbed his beard and wondered how many days and weeks he would be gone...
After some thought, Her Father responded, "About 2 Months."
"2 months huh," she thought for a moment before smiling. "Can I go then traveling with Galand and the others if you're going to be gone for two months?" she asked, her puppy dog eyes shining.
"It's still too risky for you to go traveling, and what do you think would happen to me if my beautiful daughter disappeared?" Her father replied.
"Don't worry, I'm with Galand, and I'd be secure there," she says nonchalantly. "You know how tough those guys are, and I know I can learn a lot from them instead of listening to Arthur all day."
"I still can't take that risk," her Father murmured, folding his hands while closing his eyes and tilting his head in disapproval.
Angelica knew that if she didn't ask for permission to go adventuring, Galand and the others would turn her down because they were all snitches. She was only able to join them previously because her father had no idea she wanted to go adventuring, but once he knew, he warned Galand and the others not to bring Angelica until she had mastered the art of the Word. That's why she could only do it if she could persuade her father to join them.
She then sought to come up with a solution that her father would not reject, and after some thought, she came up with one.
"Do you know why I like traveling with Galand, Father?" Angelica said.
Her father opened his eyes and said, "Hmm? why then?" her father inquired.
Angelica hesitated before continuing, "It's because..."
Her father said, "Because what?"
"I'm looking for a strong man who can be a father to my children and your grandchildren," Angelica blushed.
Angelica was out of options and this was the only way that her father was definitely going to agree to let her join Galand and the others. Even though she had to be embarrassed about it she doesn't have a choice, this was her last chance.
'Please Work' Angelica thought to herself.
Her father now had a dark expression on his face and it made her nervous...
"Looking for a strong man you say?" Her father said with a serious tone.
Angelica got even more worried at this point, not only because she had embarrassed herself by saying so, but also because she had failed to fool her father...
"Lesley!!!!" Her father shouted to call the maid over."Before I go tomorrow first let us celebrate a feast in our City."
"Can I trouble you my lord if I ask why?" The maid named Lesley replied.
"Hehe" Her father grinned and also his eyes were shining," MY DAUGHTER IS FINALLY DECIDED TO FIND A PARTNER!" He shouted with joy.
"Young miss Angelica?" The maid Lesley said with a surprised look on her face. "Then this is really worthy of celebrating my Lord," The maid said with a delighted expression.
"Yes, it really is," Her father said while wiping his teardrops away.
"I must take my leave then my lord and prepare the feast as soon as possible." The made named Lesley then left the room and processed to order the other maids.
Her father then got a step closer to her and touch her shoulders...
"I really thought that you were a gay," said her father while sobbing, "You rejected all of the nobles that asked for your hand in marriage,"
Angelica was literally speechless by this turn of events, she had expected to be scolded but how did things turn out this way? her father then continued.
"I now understand why you didn't choose those nobles" Her father was nodding as if he had understood everything.
"I-I-I don-" just as she was about to utter another word her father stopped her.
"Very well, If you want to go adventuring to find a man that suits your taste I will allow it, "Her father said. "But he must be strong enough to protect you and take care of my precious grandchildren."
Angelica was supposed to be overjoyed that her father had permitted her to join Galand and the others, but she had grown to regret her decision, and she didn't know what to say in response to his words because she had not anticipated this conclusion. She had anticipated her father to just let her find a partner for as long as she wants and then leave her alone for the time being, but now he will practically wait for that man to show up at his front door. Worst case scenario: her father will view some of her male teammates as potential partners and that would be soo embarrass her to death.
'He'll be gone for 2 months anyway so he's probably going to forget it after he comes back.' She thought
"Hmmm?" her father was in deep thought.
"What is it, father?" Angelica asked.
"I'm planning to construct a new building on that part of our estate," Her father said pointing at the empty pot of land joyfully.
"What for?" Angelica asked.
"For my grandkid of course," Her father said nonchalantly.
After she heard her father say that her soul left her body and join the afterlife.
