I told Michael about Alastair, and he was greatly shocked. Then Michael and I began to think about how to address this situation.

"If her task is not to be with Alastair, then what would it be?"

Michael and I both sighed at the same time. I took a deep breath and said, "Michael, you can recognize me, right?"

"Of course." Michael seemed to realize what I was about to do, and he grabbed my hand. "No, it's too risky."
