The current problem

With Krillin in recovery and Eins focusing on his mortal arts. Me and Gohan were the only humans that had the ability to fight off the androids. Piccolo was also here, but he decided to train as well. Apparently he was learning magic from Kame.

"Yamcha! bring me the wrench."

I sighed and handed Bulma the wrench. Gohan didn't end up fighting too many of the robots. Instead he ended up finding a lab similar to the one Piccolo did. He ended up bringing the contents to Bulma. While currently going to the lab piccolo lab to retrieve that stuff as well.

Which left me here. "Man, I'm bored."

Bulma voiced her opinion, "Well, if you didn't cheat on me maybe we could've been doing something more interesting. However, what can a girl do about stupid."

I winced, "Have to bring that up?"

She looked at me, before saying, "Yes, because I can't understand why you would cheat on someone like me?"

"It was a mistake bulma! Can't you let it go? I am tryign my best, we are still friends at least right?"

She shrugged before cranking the wrench one more time causing the white pod to pop open. Steam poured out, and I jumped up prepared to fight. Bulma however crushed that thought. "I already fried the brain of the occupant. They are basically just a vegetable. Was pretty easy due to Gero's modification."

"Isn't that murder?"

Bulma gave a shrug, "This one's origin isn't human its all machine. Unlike the one in the this pod. It seemed Gero experimented with a lot of concepts. However this is extremely scary since it means the two androids that beat Krillin and Eins are merely another version of a completed prototype."

My eyes widened slightly, "You mean that those two aren't the most dangerous androids Gero made?"

Bulma nodded, "Yeah, of the red ribbon bots they are basically all downgraded versions of the guy Piccolo and Gohan beat. Basically 19 is the finished version of all those robots. Basically we should be thanking Kame for telling Piccolo to investigate."

Damn! That wasn't good at all. it meant that all the bots we fought were only incomplete versions of 19! The only difference was that the normal bots were designed for mass production.

"What are theses two then?"

Bulma puckered her lips before taking a guess. "I can't say for certain, but this one seems to be a android designed for stealth, while the one in this pod is for brute strength. They are numbers 10 and 11. Number 10 here is all machine, it had a semi-conciseness. While Number 11 seems to be some sort of stitched of monster. From my scan I can count at least 3 different DNA samples. So...."

I raised an eyebrow, "So its a zombie?"

She shrugged, "More like the basis for a bio-fusion. My scan gave me some strange data. Said data can only be caused if you were to... Let's say grow an arm in a cell vat."

"That sounds terrible." Gohan commented on Bulma's words. He then pointed while wiggling his mustache. "I got the three pods from the place Piccolo found."

Me and Bulma reacted in surprise. "Three? Piccolo said there was two."

Gohan nodded, "At first I did only find two! However I soon found a third after digging through the clutter. These are labeled 13, 14 and 15. 14 and 15 were together, but 13 was buried. It seemed the lab Piccolo found was being used as a storage."

We all headed outside where Gohan placed the pods. Well me and Gohan really just followed Bulma who ran out. With a brief glance Bulma sighed, "No wonder! These three are set into deep hibernation. Completely different models compared to the ones we've seen."

Gohan was the one who spoke first, "How so?"

Bulma responded, "The 19 model is an absorption model, while that 17 and 18 were manufacturing models. Or as Eins called them infinite ki models. While theses three are a bit of both. They hibernate and the longer they sleep the more energy they accumulate. However they can also seemingly absorb the ki of the others. So let's say 14 and 15 die. Well 13 can absorb the components and accumulated power of the two."

An itch at the back of my brain got to me. "Hey Bulma? If all these are different versions or complete versions of different prototypes. What would happen if all the versions were to be combined?"

Bulma and Gohan winced at my words. Bulma attacked me a little with her next words, "Damn, so you do have a brain up there."

Gohan shook his head, "Well, it would be bad. Really bad... Gero has been watching us for years apparently. Just for revenge against me, I might've saved the world to only doom it later."

I shook my head, "You still stopped the red ribbon army at the time. Who knows what the wish would've been."

Bulma followed up by walking into the lab. "I have to look into things. Can you two sneak around find some more of the hidden labs. Perhaps the one those twins came from?"

I nodded and turned to Gohan who looked a little down. I patted the geezer on his back. "I wouldn't want the past to be changed. Even if the world is doomed, you did the right thing Gohan."

He nodded, "Thanks Yamcha, I just worry sometimes. My actions caused a lot to happen here on earth. they only thing that hasn't been related to me as of late are the aliens from space."

I smiled, "At least earth won't die off due to some space pirates! That's good right?"

We both had a laugh at that one. I scratched my chin, "speaking of, what happened to that girl Eins brought here."

Gohan had the same confusion. "Now that you mention it. I don't really know."
