Teetering on the brink, precariously balanced—

It was hard to imagine, Li Wei had only crossed five or six yards beyond the kick-off line and was already exhausted. Even though he held his breath, keeping one last gasp without relenting, his stumbling steps could no longer carry on.

Yet, Li Wei remained focused.

If the first half was a battle of wits and courage against the Jacksonville Jaguars' defensive group, then after crossing the short five-yard death zone it became Li Wei's battle with himself.

Refusing to bow down, refusing to surrender.

Fighting until the end.

Staggering, his upper body leaning forward, completely off-balance, he seemed set for a fall in the next second; at the critical moment, Li Wei steadied himself with his left hand on the ground, using the little energy left in his chest to push off once more.
