59: Leaving

As he was eating this delicious breakfast his crystal ball started to shine indicating that he had been sent a message.

After taking it out he found out that it was from his Mentor, " Come to the Lab!"

After seeing the message Wade didn't take much time and gulped down his breakfast in two bites and drank down the juice.

Reaching the lab he found that only his Mentor was there in the room and in his hand was a piece of paper.

"Oh! You are here. I got the reply, he said that he doesn't have any problem taking you in the Guard group and he was also willing to give you the 2nd level guard badge from the start, but you would have to do some missions to get the 3rd level badge.

He said that getting the badge of 3rd level will be easy for you as you are already a 3rd Rank Apprentice. He said to meet him directly when you arrive at the subterranean city of the Black Academy" saying so Fred gave the letter to Wade to read.

It was as his mentor had said, everything was written in it as he had just narrated, there was also a batch of potions listed down below that his mentor's friend wanted him to send with Wade, obviously he was going to pay for it and it was written in the letter that he had sent the potion ingredients and the magic crystals for the potion in advance.

"So, now that the approval has come you should get ready to leave, it is Thursday today so according to my memory, the ship that takes you to the subterranean city should arrive on Saturday. Get everything you need ready by tomorrow and before going on the ship come to me to take the potions that he had requested" Fred reminded.

"Yes, Mentor!" Wade answered and then left the lab to get his things ready but before that, he took a turn towards the opposite direction of his room. After ten minutes he came in front of a room and knocked.

The door opened, "I was waiting for you!!"

In a dark room, the fire was dimmed, and a promiscuous atmosphere permeated through the room.

"Now that I have got the approval I should inform Mike and Sam that I will be leaving for the subterranean world. Sam will form down there sooner or later so telling him is necessary as if I need some kind of help in the future I could contact him.

As for Mike, his family should have some kind of shop down there for potion master otherwise they would not have had him sent under Fred.

If I use this opportunity well I can get in some kind of business partnership with them and if I can get them to even give me only 3 to 5 percent discount than I can later show my Guard badge and I can get even more benefits.

I will not show them the badge for the first few transactions but in a week or two the charade can be wrapped up."

Wade planned all this out and after finalizing it he sent the message to meet up with both of them at separate times tomorrow afternoon.

"My dear, what are you thinking of?"

Freya stuck herself onto Wade, and two soft mounds pressed against Wade's right arm.

"I will be leaving for the subterranean world on Saturday" he didn't have anything to hide about it so he just came out and said it.

Freya stopped smiling, getting close to Wade was so she could elevate her status and obtain more resources, and she clearly understood this.
