The Loner and the Two Roommates

When I got back to my dorm I sat on the couch with a blanket around me and started watching one of my favorite anime, 'My Inner Demons' which was funny to watch and luckily I had some strawberry lemonade ice cream in my fridge to eat.

Suddenly I heard a knock at my door, "Come on in, it's open," I yelled from the couch and I began to stare at the T.V. I heard someone coughing which got my attention pretty quickly.

It turns out it was my grandpa and the dean who entered my dorm room and I thought I was in trouble for jumping onto the wall and injuring myself from earlier.

Then my grandpa spoke up, "Rena if you think you're in trouble, you are not in trouble, but there is something else that's why me and the dean are here."

I looked at both of them then I said in a little bit of a panic, "Grandpa what is it?"

The dean then stepped out of the room and came back a couple of minutes later with two girls one with cyan hair and one with red hair wearing a red jacket.

"Miss Harper, these are your new roommates, Miss Carly Hunter and Miss Scarlet Yan," he said.

I looked at my grandpa in complete confusion then he explained that he noticed I was upset when I heard that my two cousins who lived with me and my grandpa were going to separate colleges. So he ask the dean if there were some students looking for a dorm room on campus and he found out that Carly and Scarlet were both looking for one. At first I was worried about what was going on then I said yes they can stay here. When the dean and my grandpa left, I stood up and walked towards them.

"Um... hi! My name is Rena and I'll try to be the best roommate I can possibly be," I said shyly.

Carly quickly rushed over to the T.V. then she exclaimed, "Ya watching 'My Inner Demons'?! That's my favorite anime girl!!"

I smiled then looked at the both of them trying to figure out where they'll sleep since there was only one bed.

"Don't worry Rena, they already have that problem taken care of and we need to wait awhile. So we should go get some dinner at this cool fast food place I saw down town"

Carly said excited about it and we all left the dorm, but little did we know something was about to happen to me.
