After 10 years of experimenting with my quirk, I have learned a lot of things about it like how if I eat bugs I get more abilities from it than if I were to eat a non-bug animal so now I can also give people copies of my abilities. I've been wandering around accidentally bumping into people and

getting a sample of their blood without them noticing because I ate a mosquito and now with a few experiments I've been able to get peoples blood with just a touch and one of the quirks I have gotten was a copy quirk, storage quirk, and other kinds of copy quirks I've even experimented in trying to give inanimate objects quirks and I've succeeded but its more of a devil fruit

than an object with abilities its a fruit that holds an ability kinda like one for all it also doesn't the sea weakness devil fruits usually has and I've made it where it got the reincarnation effects that one piece devil fruit has where when a Devil Fruit user dies, their ability is reborn in a new fruit. but new fruit will only be fruits in my lab so that if someone on the other side of the world had a devil fruit then when they die the devil fruit abilities and their quirk is reborn in a new fruit. that's in my lab so no one will be able to get my devil fruits unless I give it to them

3rd pov

as mereum is walking around the forest thinking about experiments and his future plans when suddenly he started hearing a boy crying so he went towards the source of the sound and he found izuku crying so he asked him

"Hey are you okay," said mereum while using one of the quirks that make him trustworthy and nonthreatening." no *hic* I got kicked out *hic*," said izuku "why what happened," said mereum, "my mom and dad said they are sick of hearing me constantly say that I'm gonna become a hero even though I don't have a quirk," said izuku

"hmm okay I know someone that can help you out," said mereum while mereum said that he was shocked that izuku had a dad 'this must be an au(alternate universe) because I don't remember izuku having a farther or him getting kicked out so some of my future knowledge might be useless' thought mereum "you do, thank you not that many people would help me since I'm quirkless," said izuku while crying

after that, mereum took izuku to nezu and explained to him what happened.

"hmm okay so now you are trying to give him one of those devil fruits you made," said nezu

yes I've used a quirk that lets me check how much potential he will have if I give him a certain quirk and he has a big potential so I've decided to give him a zoan fruit that's the hell hell fruit " said mereum "why not give him a speed fruit or a strength fruit " said nezu "because he will take too long to reach the full potential those fruits would give him " said mereum "ok" said nezu

after nezu and mereum were done talking mereum went to izuku to ask does he want a quirk izuku told him that he is quirkless so mereum asked again DO YOU WANT A QUIRK YES OR NO izuku said yes so mereum told izuku to follow him mereum took him to his lab izuku was mesmerized by all the machine and tubes filled with different kind of stuff like animals and some big bugs that kind of resemble humans but not all the way mereum took out a fruit and said here eat this

but before he eats it mereum tells him that once you eat it to never tell anyone about this fruit and that he will work for him izuku thinks for a bit but ended up saying okay since he thinks that mereum is a good person. so he eats it and mereum immediately knocks him out and start using one of his quirk that manipulates the mind and made it so that izuku will never betray him or tell anybody about the fruits after that he goes to nezu and said that izuku wants nezu to adopt him nezu thought for a bit but said okay so now in the lab izuku got his own room after 1-hour izuku woke up and looked around then his eyes met with mereum and mereum asked him "so do you know how to use your quirk" izuku said "yes I do boss" okay so who is your farther nezu said izuku "okay what is your goal izuku" "my goal is to help boss be the best and get the blood of as many people with quirks as I can without being caught or noticed" "oh and also izuku in public act the way you usually act okay" "yes boss"

Authors note: so yea the quirk/abilities izuku has is hell hell fruit it allows him to control white flames that he makes and can create 3 shadow-like creatures that can transform into animals like ants, deer, rats, mosquitoes and etc and they have a hive mind like thing where izuku can see what they all see and can speak through them they can also use flames too. it makes look like mereum gave him an op ability but that is not even close to the strongest ability he has and when he is making a devil fruit he gives it a copy of the quirk he wants it to have so that means that mereum can use the same abilities izuku does.
