Chapter 8

I look forward to a lot of things but not going home. My name is Xavier Walker and I am 19 years old.

I am the first child and only son of Draco Walker. My father is a self made billionaire and the richest man in Sydney and arguably in the whole of Australia My mother's name is Veronica Walker. She is a renowned cardiothoraic surgeon who has made breakthrough innumerable in her field. As a result of their career's demanding schedule, they almost never had any time for us their kids

I had a sister whose name was Olivia. She was 5 years old and was a very cheerful happy and sometimes goofy kid. She was also very adorable which was what made me call her munchkin. She looked up to me as her big brother and I always made sure to never disappoint her. Munchkin felt the absence of our parents the most and always asked after them. I always made sure to make her happy despite it all. Our nanny Madame Rosmerta was a middle-aged woman who took care of us both like we were her children. Olivia, Madame Rosmerta and my best friends in Lucien and Caroline brought stabilityl to my life. Lucien and Caroline were a special part of my life. They made me normal and showed me life in a different way. When they both started dating, I felt like I would be the third wheel in their relationship but they never made me feel left out. I am very happy for them. I had not seen such smile on each of their faces till then. They completed each other. I was a lone ranger apart from them and I tried my best to stay away from media attention and live a normal life.
