I was taken aback as he abruptly stopped singing, his gaze piercing into my eyes. Flustered, I found myself stumbling over my words.

Me: I-I should go. Ahh, I'll give you the book tomorrow and thank you for the food. *I stood up, but he suddenly pulled me closer to him.*

Jin: Seven pages, titled "History," a story about a fan who fell in love with her idol but got hit by a car on her way to his concert. The author is Miss A. You.

My mouth hung open in disbelief at his words.

Jin: I'm not much of a reader, but after I read that story, I started reading your works, from "The Death of a Shooting Star" to "Shutter." The fan who cried in the waiting area until she had a chance to talk to me. Hi, Maye.

His words resonated within me, stirring a mix of emotions. I couldn't believe that he had taken the time to read my stories, stories that poured out from the depths of my heart. And now, here we were, entangled in a moment I had only dared to imagine.
