Bound To The Vampire Prince

The human race was at war with the vampires but it all came to an end when an agreement was made. A truce that had been in existence for centuries– a woman would be offered to the current vampire prince to be his wife or mistress, trapped forever as his prisoner. It sounded drastic but thousands of women would kill for that spot but Eliza was the unlucky one Some said she was lucky, while others said it was through power and wealth that she managed to catch the interest of the cursed prince. Eliza lost all her privileges the moment she was proclaimed his bride but what happens when the vampires demand for their prince to have a child with Eliza? Or he chooses another human female that would do the job. " Don't worry, I respect your decision, I understand if you want to take in another wife." She whispered with a handful of tears ready to spill out from her reddened eyes " No wife, you are the only woman in my life!" Dav exclaimed. Will that promise hold for a long time, when Eliza refused to do her duty as the Prince's wife?

Hate to Disagree.

Dav had dressed me up in an awkward old fashioned way, if I was not mistaken, I was dressed like women in the early centuries and the fact that no one had asked why Dav had picked such a ridiculous outfit made me rage silently. The silk skirt was too long even to the extent that it had swept the floor while the cotton shirt was too tight which exposed the shape of my cleavage.

They didn't exclude themselves, they were all dressed as old-fashioned as I was.

Good lord, where in tarnation did they plan to take me?

" Dav, aren't we exploring the vampires' territory anymore?" I asked to fulfill my curiosity.

He said nothing but flashed me a smile. Damn, I hate whenever he ignores my question by giving off that fake-looking smirk on his not-so-normal face.

I noticed Dav's scars had begun to heal, they no longer had blood dripping from them since it was a daily thing to see blood on his face.

I turned my gaze over to Seth who surprisingly looked attractive in that ridiculous costume.

" Seth, where do you plan on taking me?" I asked.

Of course, the excited prince answered me.

" Don't worry my princess, as said, I plan on exploring my kingdom with you."

But why this outfit or was there a ridiculous dress code mandatory for anybody that would step foot into the vampires' kingdom? Well, I chose not to disturb myself over something that would soon be revealed.

Wordless, Dav walked into the closet and brought a thick leather coat with him. He didn't say a word to me as he wrapped it around my body.

Dav was acting strange again, why hasn't he said any word to me or even looked me in the eyes? That was one feature I hated about him, the change in his mood swing was quite alarming.

Well, if he wanted to play that game, I was ready and there was no other way to make him do that than pushing my focus to his so-called brother.

" We should leave so we can arrive early for my princess to have her beauty sleep." Seth blurted out.

Dav stretched forth his hand for me to take but no way would I do that. Ignoring his gesture, I walked up to Seth and held onto his hand. My actions brought about two different emotions, one which was excitement and the other, annoyance.

Seth turned his gaze to Dav and then back at me.

" Let's leave princess." He joyfully led me out of the room and to my surprise, both Leo and Ray were dressed in the same old-fashioned costume.

I gave my former guardian angel, Leo, a 'what is going on?' kind of look but he simply gave me a warm smile. Well, I didn't bother looking at Ray's way, we still had an issue that was yet to be solved, until he tells me why he was always against me whenever I was discussed in a meeting, then I will have nothing to do with him.

Amid my confusion, I felt Dav's both palms on my shoulder as he drew me to himself, and that only made me tighten my grip on Seth's hand.

" Brother, you are making my princess uncomfortable, I think you should let go."

"....."

Of course, I wasn't the only one shocked by what I heard. Even Ray momentarily widened his eyes before turning his face back to its lukewarm-boring state.

Dav's aura changed at that point, that was the first time to see Dav rage at Seth but on the other hand, Seth didn't look like he cared, he even drew me to himself as he retained eye contact with Dav. Again, they had telepathically talked to each other.

" Seth, my wife and I wish not to venture into the kingdom with you." Dav tried to opt out of Seth's request.

I hated to disagree with Dav but if he planned to back out, then he can as well exclude me because I was more than curious to know why we had worn such outfits and witnessed the rumored strangeness of the vampire kingdom.

" I want to go with Seth," I whispered but who was I kidding? They all heard me.

Dav instantly removed his gaze away from Seth and diverted it to me. His eyes showed disappointment but he had no right to blame me, he can't just opt out of something so important.

" No Eliza, as your husband I order you not to go."

He used my name and he only did that whenever I crossed the line. I knew that he wanted me to know much about his kingdom and race but the fact that I would be so close to Seth while doing that didn't digest well for him.

At last, this was the husband I knew, the husband that would get angry whenever he sees his wife gazing at another male and I somewhat liked it.

I gave up, I was told to submit to my husband, if he says I shouldn't go, then I will not. I let go of Seth's hand but little did I know that Seth had a trick up his sleeves.

Taking me by surprise, Seth jumped on Dav and gave him a tight hug.

" Please don't ruin this for me, you know how long I have waited for this to happen." Seth buried his face in Dav's shoulder as he said these words and to my second surprise, Dav formed a smile on his face.

"......"

" I'd thought you will prove stubborn Seth, I can't deprive you of the opportunity to be with her, now can you get off me." Dav jokingly blurted out.

It was official, Dav isn't my only husband, I was also married to Seth and there was nothing anyone would tell me that would make me think otherwise.

But I chose not to ask questions since there would be time for that but in the meantime, I got to see that handsome smile brought back to Seth's face.
